We have worked with Mamba Marketing for a few months now after transitioning to them from a previous marketing provider. The service which we have received throughout has been fantastic, staff are responsive, exceedingly talented and have a genuine interest in the projects which they are working on.
It has been particularly great to see the diversity of content and approaches which have been provided and applied, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach and each decision is strategically analysed by their wider team before presentation to ensure that it fits our brand and audience.
Similarly, having dedicated points of contact for each department has been useful as well as having regular contact with those in higher leadership positions to ensure all departments are working collectively to our vision and we are fully informed.

If anyone needs a marketing company who can guide, inform and act on their behalf, I can recommend no other provider in higher regard than Mamba!

Avoid using this company at all costs. They broke their contract within the first month of my starting. The guy running our adverts had such bad communication his own manager couldn’t get a hold of him in our chats. They agreed to waive the advert fee and continue with emails only. We ended up saying this left a sour taste in our mouths and asked to cancel 3 times which we are allowed as they broke the contract straight away it no longer legally held up. On top of this they kept charging us monthly and have left us a nice email saying we owe the full amount and that we never cancelled because it wasn’t online with their cancellation process on the contract they broke themselves. Awful service they claim to be experts in the competition space. They barely knew the basics about running email campaigns and adverts. They’re more bothered about themselves than you as a client. AVOID!!!!!

I’m satisfied with the results so far and looking forward to work with them again.

This review is based solely on my direct experience.

From the outset, communication was extremely poor. Responses were slow, inconsistent, and often required repeated chasing. There was a clear lack of structure, ownership, and clarity throughout the relationship. This was, without exaggeration, the worst communication I have experienced from a marketing agency.

Trust was ultimately broken when I was sent an internal email thread that I was clearly never meant to see. In that thread, I was described as “not a big client,” alongside discussion about agreeing to pricing for a website build primarily to secure a longer contract, rather than being driven by delivery or value. Seeing this raised serious concerns around transparency and how clients are treated behind the scenes.

Performance-wise, results were also far below expectations. I was repeatedly advised to increase competition sizes so ads could be run more effectively. I followed this guidance, increased spend, and trusted the strategy — yet performance remained extremely underwhelming and nowhere near what was sold or implied.

Compounding this further, ad tracking was not set up or maintained accurately, making it difficult to clearly attribute results or properly assess performance. This created ongoing uncertainty around what was actually working, what wasn’t, and where budget was being wasted.

Overall, the service did not align with what was promised during the sales process. Communication, transparency, tracking, and performance all fell significantly short of professional standards.

I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision before committing.

We switched our Google Ads over to Jord’s team and the difference has been night and day.

Mamba are the go-to agency in the comp space. We tried Zap and others before but they didn’t deliver. With Mamba, results are steady, and even when there are dips they explain things clearly and keep us moving forward.

Tried Mamba for content in December, came back again in June. Second round’s been brilliant, really glad we picked it back up.
