Banking issues. I have been working with the support staff for OVER A MONTH. They cannot correct an issue with banking. The processing fees were being deposited into one bank account and HOA dues into the client's account. We updated the bank used and the team has not been successful in separating the funds into the correct bank account for the past month now. This is causing money to go into my clients account that I will be paying back in invoices to ManageCasa.

Everyone takes the time to explain things and lets me use the share screen aspect so they can walk me through things step by step

I have had a great experience using the managecasa software. its easy to use and functional. Also the gentleman I have been working with Jack has been super helpful and gets back to me right away and answers all questions and concerns. definitely recommend.

This software was very easy to use and made management of my properties easy. Everything was in one location and made record keeping a breeze.

I had to look for 3 years to find a rent payment portal for a small housing provider. App folio is only applicable to owners with more than 50 units.

I unfortunately had an initial negative experience with a representative. Nevertheless, I appreciate the fact that they responded to the initial negative review. This shows that the general culture within the company is not in line with what the representative was portraying. For now, I will turn this review into a positive one and add to it once I have had a chance to deal with alternative representatives. I will also give feedback on the product provided accordingly when we use it

The customer service is exceptional. They are quick to response and are really thorough with the training. The ease of setting up an HOA from scratch was amazing. This team is really patient and will help you along the way when you have questions. The template downloads are uncomplicated and if there are errors it will clearly define them. The sync among the homeowners, properties and vendors is easy to navigate. Adding the governing docs to the dashboard, sending out No Reply messages to the homeowners, printing checks, syncing bank transaction are some of the great features.
They have put alot of thought into this software platform.

Managecasa gefällt uns sehr. Die Software hilft uns dabei deutschlandweit Immobilien zu verwalten. Der integrierte Messenger erleichtert die tägliche Kommunikation und das abstimmen von Baumaßnahmen. Durch die Ticketsysteme für Verstöße, bauliche Anfragen und Wartungsanfragen sparen wir sehr viel Zeit. Seit dem neuen Update nutzen wir die Dokumente Funktion für unsere gesamten Unterlagen. Von unseren Mietern und Eigentümern haben wir bisher nur positives Feedback zur App bzw. Plattform erhalten. Daher sind wir komplett zufrieden mit der Software und dem Service und bedanken uns nochmals herzlich für die Hilfe bei dem Design unserer Website.

I found that manageCasa has a robust accounting system and has easy to navigate reporting tools.
I was able to easily get the data my clients wanted to see.

I know Property portfolio Managers who are still trying to manage properties using excel spreadsheets.... I can't imagine trying to run 31 units on a spreadsheet ,so I love the ability to compartmentalize all the components of Property Management.

As I found , @ManageCasa is the best place to keep your data. They actually have a huge storage. You they protect every lease document , tenants' information , property file , account with their high quality encryption technology. All the information are very safety and well arranged in @Managecasa's system. Their drop-box type management system is created just for your property files!

ManageCasa is one of the newer software products out there but that’s definitely one of its many advantages! You can tell they care more about their customers than some of the bigger software companies around. Their tech support is ALWAYS available and is completely free. Live support during business hours and the ability to submit support request(s) outside of regular hours is included. This is really helpful to me as I am on European timezone. They go above and beyond to help you get your question/problem resolved and that helps me run our business much better.
