I had to fly from MAN to LHR and from there was my connection flight to destination. Few hours before the departure from Manchester my flight was cancelled and I was is in dilemma. This taxi guy took me from Manchester to Heathrow comfortably at right time so that I could fly to my destination.

Can’t fault this taxi company. Steve always does a wonderful job & arrives on time 😃 have relied on them for a few years ever since other reperatable companies let me down!! 10/10 service every time

It was a very good service, Tahir was very polite, on time and the car was brand new and clean.

They always cooperate whenever they’re is a diversion and they’re always on time and always helpful and always happy to help

Although we couldn’t actually get to use the service due to travel restrictions I found the company very competitive and responsive. All monies refunded within 24hrs and a very polite customer service team. Will use again when in the area.

After being let down by another taxi firm, Manchester Airport Trips stepped in and did everything possible to make sure a taxi was available to transport a very tired family to West Yorkshire after many hours travel.

I used Manchester Airport trips to pick me up after a long flight from San Diego. My flight was late but they were easily communicated with and came to find me even though I was at an unexpected terminal. Driver was courteous, car was immaculate. Would use again.
