Manchester fertility we couldn’t thank you enough!!! After years of dreaming about starting a family you made the process so easy and exciting. All the staff were amazing with the treatment of me and my partner. We are both transgender males and always felt like we were no different to anyone else going through this journey. We were lucky enough for it to work first try and now only just over a year since our first appointment we are sat here with our perfect little boy. Can’t wait to come back in the future to give our boy a younger sibling 🥰

We would have no hesitation in recommending Manchester Fertility to anyone who may need their services. We couldn't be happier with the friendly service they provide, everyone there is caring and supportive and clearly want the best for their patients. We had two successful ICSI rounds and couldn't be more grateful that both worked for us, giving us our two gorgeous girls. Words will never be enough to show our thanks to everyone at Manchester Fertility.

Ive found Manchester fertility extremely supportive in all my cycles of ivf and would recommend them to anyone experiencing difficulty in getting pregnant. Unfortunately it wasnt a easy IVF journey but being stubborn people we kept pushing through the problems
After 13 years and many rounds of ivf we chose to use donor eggs and were matched with our wonderful donor who we will be forever grateful to! To gift the experience of being a mother is something I will never be able to repay and the most treasured gift I could have ever received
After a complicated pregnancy I gave birth to my daughter in November and now feel truly complete in life, a feeling like no other
I thank all the staff also for all their reassurance and support throughout the process and the early weeks of pregnancy when I was extremely nervous due to a previous loss

The team at Manchester Fertility supported us through a very challenging period of our lives. We’ve been patients at MF for over 10 years and have experienced multiple heartbreaking loses but the team never gave up. Their unwavering positivity and determination got us through such a difficult time and ultimately led to us finally getting our miracle. The staff are the ultimate professionals whilst at the same time relating to everyone and understanding individual circumstances. Their kindness and compassion was second to none and we will be forever grateful for what they have done for a us.
A very special thank you to Dr Mathur who has been treating us for over 10 years. His gentle and reassuring nature meant we never gave up on our dream and an extra special thank you to Sam who was always there for us at the end of the phone or in clinic and always reassured us no matter what happened. All of the staff have been excellent, from the embryologists to the midwives, sonographers to Doctors, we really couldn’t have asked for more and we will be forever grateful for everything everyone has done for us.

So helpful and caring. The staff were caring and compassionate and explained procedures throughout.

Manchester Fertility is wonderful. The clinic is clean and calm, the waiting room offers privacy with seating in sections. The staff were friendly and kind. Parking is close and easy to find.
We were so lucky our first round of treatment worked and we will always be so grateful to Manchester fertility for helping us on this journey to being parents!

I wish someone had advised me to avoid!

Whilst the clinicians are lovely - the teams behind them that co-ordinate and manage appointments and communication are incompetent.

I had numerous appointments moved/had to be re-scheduled because of incorrect information or the proper preparation had not been given out which has caused an already stressful situation to be unbearable.

On the times I have complained, they have looked into it - told me 'I am right', confirmed it was their fault and then proceeded to do the same thing again.

Topped off by the delay in releasing all the scans, test and procedures I have already paid for being held hostage for 21 working days to my new clinic (which they only told me after 3 phone calls to push them to confirm a day).

AVOID AVOID AVOID

After 3 years of trying to conceive, two rounds of IVF (with ICSI) and 3 embryo transfers, with Manchester Fertility, we were successful and our little boy was born in October 2025.

Numerous tests were carried out throughout our journey which resulted in a diagnosis of unexplained Fertility and very mild adenomyosis for Hannah. 

We believe a change in treatment plans recommended by Dr Peter, diet, Fertility yoga and COQ10 all helped with our success. 

Manchester Fertility felt like home and we always knew we were in safe hands with all the friendly and knowledgeable staff. A special thank you to Dr Peter, Dr Rao, Angela, Amanda, Midwife Harriet, Embryologist Helen, Sonographer Becky, Counsellors Ann and Gemma.

We still can't believe our handsome, strong, determined Miracle Rainbow IVF little boy is ours. It's true what they say it takes a village to bring a baby into the world and all of this would not have been possible without Manchester Fertility ❤️ We will always be forever grateful and feel so lucky that our long awaited wish finally came true. Personalised care from the start. All staff were supportive, kind and friendly on all interactions from the embryologist to the surgical team. Everybody was very knowledgeable but ensured they explained everything in a way we could understand.

Staff continued to give us hope even when we were beginning to lose it. Our 3rd embryo transfer was successful and we can’t thank the staff enough for our little miracle. Would highly recommend Manchester Fertility to anybody starting their fertility journey.

After experiencing miscarriages, we turned to Manchester Fertility and felt supported and genuinely cared for from day one. We were incredibly fortunate that our first frozen embryo transfer was successful and in December 2025 we welcomed our baby girl. We will always be deeply grateful for helping us achieve our dream!

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by Manchester Fertility Clinic during a recent phone call regarding my IVF treatment and the transfer of my frozen eggs to another clinic.

The staff member handling my call stated she was new and “not the right person” to answer my questions, yet refused to transfer me to someone more qualified. I was placed on hold multiple times for long periods while she asked others for information. When I politely requested to speak to another member of staff, this was refused. I was spoken over repeatedly and, most shockingly, the call was terminated while I was still speaking.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in a fertility clinic where patients are often under emotional stress and dealing with time-sensitive medical matters. I have never experienced such dismissive and disrespectful treatment from a healthcare provider.

Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about communication standards and patient care. I hope the clinic reviews its staff training and complaint handling procedures carefully.

I regret to share a deeply disappointing experience with Manchester Fertility, a private clinic linked to St Mary’s Hospital’s fertility services in Manchester. After enduring two failed IVF attempts under the NHS at St Mary’s, where I believe Dr. Raja Mathur played a significant role in the outcomes, I was hesitant but decided to explore Manchester Fertility as a private option due to its proximity. However, upon discovering that Dr. Mathur is also employed here, my trust in the clinic’s ability to provide reliable care vanished entirely.

My experience with Dr. Mathur during the NHS process was marked by serious, concerning missteps that I feel directly contributed to our unsuccessful cycles.

IVF is an incredibly costly and emotionally taxing journey, and I strongly advise others not to risk their savings with Manchester Fertility if Dr. Mathur is part of their care. His presence here, paired with my prior negative experience, makes me unable to recommend this clinic. For these reasons, I am giving Manchester Fertility a 1-star rating. Potential patients would be wise to thoroughly research the physicians assigned to their care before proceeding.

This review reflects my personal journey and concerns. I hope others can benefit from my experience to make more informed decisions.

I cannot recommend Manchester Fertility highly enough. Every member of staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our entire journey. From the initial consultation to our pregnancy scan, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. They truly helped make our dreams a reality.

After a very difficult first round of IVF at another clinic, I was extremely anxious, but Manchester Fertility took all of that worry away. The difference was remarkable, we went from just one embryo in our first round to ten with Manchester Fertility, and with far fewer clinic visits, which was a huge help as I was using annual leave for appointments.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single member of staff for your care and support. A special mention to Ceri Fox, who was always so kind and welcoming and remembered small personal details from previous appointments, something that truly meant so much to us.

Manchester Fertility has changed my life in the most beautiful way. After two years on the IVF journey, two cycles and four attempts, my miracle baby girl arrived safely on 12th November 2025. Throughout the rollercoaster of treatment, the entire team showed exceptional kindness, expertise and unwavering support, making the hardest moments bearable and the hopeful moments possible.

As a solo mother, finally holding my daughter is a gift I feared I might never experience. Manchester Fertility gave me the chance to become a mum, and for that I will be forever grateful. My little girl is perfect, and I couldn’t have wished for better care on this journey.

The staff where very understanding and excellent in everything they did, from dealing with the receptionist to the support and professionalism the nurses displayed.

After a very difficult 5 long years of fertility struggles, my husband and I will be forever grateful to Manchester Fertility for helping to bring our beautiful baby boy into the world.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time. I started my journey here in 2017. There has been a lot of lows and challenges along the way but the lovely Dr Peter never gave up on me and was always looking at how I could change things to improve my chances. I also want to thank Kirsty for always remembering me every time I walked through the door. Nichola who I cried on many a times. Also Stacey who took the time to check in with me daily when I was going through a difficult miscarriage.

Thanks to the expertise at Manchester Fertility I now have a beautiful baby boy who I had in July 2025. I can’t thank you all enough.

We were extremely fortunate in July to welcome into the world our son, all thanks to the help of Manchester Fertility. The staff are really welcoming, friendly and professional. They’re dedicated to what they do and they make you feel at ease throughout. Special shout out to Dr Rao and Midwife Harriet, who are simply amazing!!

We transferred to Manchester Fertility for a second opinion after discovering that I had a low egg count and feeling dissatisfied with the service at another clinic. From our first visit, the team at Manchester Fertility made us feel comfortable and supported. They explained the entire IUI process clearly, were thorough in their approach, and always took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had.

They also worked around the time frame we gave them, which was greatly appreciated. Thankfully, the first round of treatment was successful, and I was booked in for a seven-week scan to confirm the pregnancy.

I am now blessed with a beautiful baby boy, thanks to the expertise of Manchester Fertility and the generosity of the donor.
