Great experience training with Jo today.very informative and great that we did practical to refresh our skills.the time passed so quickly as Jo kept us interested

I have come away from my training with Jo feeling so much more confident and comfortable when faced with an emergency. The course was filled with interaction, I never felt at any time I was being talked at, which is so refreshing when training. Filled with laughter and conversation this course exceeded all expectations.

Informative, yet fun, course. Emma was amazing and made us all at ease with her friendliness and delivery of the course

I really enjoyed the first aid session with David yesterday. He made the morning very entertaining but also taught us some really useful life saving skills in a really engaging way. I now feel more confident about being able to perform CPR and using a defibrillator.

Great to gain knowledge and awareness of first aid in early years setting. Team building activities were good and well explained information on different aspects.

The trainer Jo was so detailed and poured into us a much wealth of knowledge on first aid course. it was so interactive and very lively, I enjoy her style of teaching very excellent.

Jo-anne made it enjoyable whilst being informative. She shared stories whilst keeping confidentiality which encouraged people to share there experiences and engage more.

The course was interactive and very fun.
The instructor (Jo-Anne) was extremely personable, helpful and it was easy to have a laugh with her!

My first aid training was amazing! I felt very comfortable and I was made to feel welcome during my time on the course. I feel I learnt so much and definitely feel confident with any first aid I may need to carry out in the future.

Amazing course!! The sessions were so interesting and interactive, there was so many opportunities to ask free questions on whatever you’d like; I definitely feel like this course has really helped me a lot. 10/10 :)

The Trainer Jo was really informative it was a really good first Aid training session.
