I was a first time vaper and a bit clueless, he was so patient, going thrugh a range of options and the pros and cons, putting the kit together for me and even changed it over to another colour that I preferred. Good communication, fast delivery and had a product I wanted. Star deducted because product (eliquid) expiration date was September 2021 (over a year), tastes ok but still feel some discount should have been offered. That said, it's a hard to get product at the moment so I didn't challenge this.. just grateful to have it again.
