Can't recommend this company enough—perfect for a Man Crate gift for any holiday, and they genuinely stand behind what they sell. I'm sticking with them for good.

I bought a neon bar light in November for a Christmas gift for my son in law. Only half of it lit up. I contacted them 12/26 that it was defective. Man Crates seemed like they were going to be helpful. They ask for a video which I submitted. Then they stopped communicating. This was not a cheap gift. I had ordered other products prior but will never again. If I could have given them zero stars I would’ve because that’s what I got for my money. Zero. This is not a reputable company.

Was gifted a build your own Boombox as a gift. Was cute to put together but it never worked. Everything fits perfect so the chance of connecting something wrong or reversed is highly unlikely. Now I was gifted this but I'm extremely busy so needless to say, it sat in my closet for over a year until I finally got to it. Emailed company but they could give two F***s... Zero stars, I have a cool looking doorstop now but no Boombox.

I have used Thoughtfully for a few years now on large volume orders, and although the service has been inconsistent from time to time, they always pull through. This year Aliza came on board and ran everything through smooth as butter. Her quick action, great communication and consistent follow through created an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. And that is why I am writing this review. With people like Aliza, Thoughtfully created a great experience for me again.

I bought a couple customized Jerry Can mini-bars for co-workers this Christmas. Unfortunately, one of the Jerry Cans came in with damaged internal items (4 shot glasses). Delivery was delayed a bit so I didn’t receive the gifts until the night prior to our holiday party. I emailed the issue to folks at Mancrates and asked for replacement glasses. They were out of stock and wouldn’t be able to repurchase until after Christmas. Instead of forcing me to wait their resupply, they actually refunded the cost of the entire gift. A very gracious solution. They were super kind the entire sale and resolution. I couldn’t recommend them more.

10/10 Recommend! I ordered 2 of the Rib Master Crates for Christmas gifts, at first the USPS shipping status on the order did not move for 3 weeks. After reaching out with my concerns, they quickly sent a replacement order which arrived in a speedy few days UPS, saving Christmas completely!
A few weeks after that, the original order showed up, which they so graciously gifted me the 2 extra crates as they took FULL responsibility for the delay even though it was no fault of their own!
The crates were so beautifully crafted, and the gift recipients LOVED getting to pry open the crates with the mini crowbar that comes included with them. The contents inside were also very unique and clever and will be put to good use! I would DEFINATLY recommend these products!

I have received my order no.:98064 placed on 18-12-2025. However, there are multiple issues with the delivered product:

I ordered Medium size boxers, but Large size items were delivered.

Only 4 boxers were received, whereas the quantity shown on the website is different.

The product delivered is significantly different from what was displayed on your website.

I am attaching a video and image for reference to clearly show the issue.

Kindly arrange to return the incorrect product and either

process a full refund, or

deliver the correct product with the correct size and quantity, as shown on the website.

I have ordered from ManCrates before but this time inventory was low because of switching to a sister company I believe. I had difficulty trying to find my usual gift crates and spoke with Harold at customer service. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with my order, staying online with me as I located the items and with his help was able to order the exact items I needed as well as assisting me with my coupon code that I was having trouble getting the site to accept. He was very patient, understanding, courteous, and quite competent with the entire process. Thank you Harold!!

I have to say, I’ve had the best customer service! I ordered a gift that had to be personalized and didn’t give them much time, and we’ve chatted and emailed each other to make sure it arrived on time! I haven’t received it yet, but any day now. I certainly appreciate the time they took with me to put me at ease!

The quick and fast processing and shipment of my orders was great. However, one product had a minor manufacturing flaw. This was quickly addressed and fixed by a kind and easy to work woth support team.

My order arrived broken so I emailed the company and they worked with me fast and efficiently to get my order fixed! They ended up helping me pick out something a little different and were extremely kind when doing so! Thank you so much for making this process easy and seamless! I’ve ordered a few crates from them in the past and decided to return this year in search of gift ideas. While I was surprised to see so many items out of stock, I still managed to find three crates to purchase. They all arrived on time and in great condition, though one jerky item had only two months left before expiration.

I reached out by email and was impressed by how quickly I received a response—even outside of normal business hours. After sending photos, Menchie kindly arranged for a replacement kit. The prompt communication and thoughtful resolution truly exceeded my expectations. Outstanding customer service!

I have ordered gifts from here the last 3 years or so and I have always received great quality gifts especially anything with personalization. I was missing a few things in my recent order and messaged customer service and the response was quick and I almost immediately got another tracking number with my remaining order. All around will keep ordering from here

Awesome customer service! I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address. I emailed them to let them know, hoping to catch it in time. They fixed it right away. ( Plus I love the inventive “ crate with crowbar “ for unwrapping. Can’t wait for my brother to get his fun birthday gift. )

A few years back I gifted my pilot brother the piñata 🪅 with jerkey inside. It was a huge hit with him and his squadron ✈️

Fraud. I received a gift card from Man Crates stating I could choose a gift card from one of their select retailers. Well, turns out by the time I got the card, this program was canceled, and I could not swap it out for a store I like. Now I am stuck with a credit to their store with nothing good on their site, and the only items that are half decent are always sold out. Worst yet. Gift cards do not expire, but my "credit" does.

Super disappointed.

I had placed an order online for expedited delivery. I had a question and called and left messages. Finally after 3 days someone had answered and said the factory was closed so not only could I upgrade the order it wouldn’t be sent out on time either. I asked for a refund and she told me NO refunds. The order finally made it about 10 days later than original scheduled date. It was 2 little crate boxes filled with useless crap. I wasted almost 250.00 on nothing! I felt like I had been ripped off big time!

I ordered the steak night crate for my boyfriends birthday after hearing about them thew my sister ! And I am impressed! Even tho my crate came with the lid broken off , they took no time and made it right and even sent me a new crate ! Such a cool gift for a loved one or good friends! They have so many cool things to choose from and will be ordering more in the future!

I've used Man Crates for many birthdays and holidays these last few years. They always have the most unique fun gifts! Customer service is awesome as well. I had to change a gift card on a birthday gift I ordered today (so as not to spoil the surprise for the recipient) but Menchie V took care of it right away, and was so pleasant to work with that it truly made my day! Thank you for an outstanding customer service experience Menchie!
