Buying two eSIMs for two iPhones that support eSIM, installing them correctly and then still having no internet for an entire week is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have with Manet Travel eSIM. From what you describe, you followed the instructions and checked the settings, so in your case the service clearly did not work as it should.

Unfortunately, from the review alone we cannot see the technical details behind your specific activation attempts. If you contact our support team with your order numbers, the country where you tried to use the eSIMs, and the exact iPhone models and iOS versions, we will gladly investigate in depth and see what went wrong and how we can make this right for you.
