The staff goes the extra mile to ensure that the books are in good condition and that you are satisfied. The staff will contact you in case there are any problems with the books you ordered and will offer a range of solutions.

Be aware that shipping will take some time, but to be expected from items overseas.

No complaints thus far and will probably order again.

Was quite skeptical at first, but ended up being the exact store I was looking for. Genuine paperback "spicy" manga with no strings attached. Straightforward website that's easy to navigate and some great communication from the team. Can't find another store with the same selection and quality.

At first i thought it was just another random site, until i bought something.
Because the care they take with the products is unreal, if the book or whatever you asked isn't in a pristine state then they will contact you, asking what you would like to do with the "damaged" product.
Their customer service is also top notch.

The paperback and the pages are in good quality for a doujinshi, would definitely buy it again.

I have ordered from MangaR18 twice and both times the doujin's came in perfect condition, wrapped double wrapped in a thick sealable plastic bag and bubble wrapped. All of the products on here while somewhat expensive are certainly worth the money. I hope to continue purchasing from them in the future. My first order took additional time, and as a consolation I was given a bonus doujin by a similar artist. Even you guys mentioned that this was very rare and had never happened before. I could have waited a couple more weeks on that order, but I'm glad the package arrived. This had more to do with customs then Mangar18. God knows the TSA is just as bad... My second order came around the time they mentioned, and again, in perfect condition. Thanks again guys. I look forward to studying Japanese so I am better able to read more than just a few words in the language. Have a good one.

Simply amazing.Basically I could copy the "About" section on their site and paste it here because everything written there is true. Great customer service,super kind,very passionate on what they do. My order came packed very carefully and the books were in mint condition.
