I have orders custom car mats from manicci on 1 of March and I still haven’t received the carpets. I even sent the photos of my car and still haven’t got a reply for more than 3 weeks. Is this a scam?

It took two months to receive the car organizer I ordered...when I finally did, the quality is less than satisfactory--clearly not leather, and it has to be assembled together by velcro holding it together

From first introduction to delivery, every step was documented, any queries explained and acted upon.

The floor mats finally came 6 weeks later.They fit and Look Beautiful. The company needs to Let Customers know it will 6 to 8 weeks to receive them.

Everything fits just right and the customer service was excellent. I bought a full set of mats including front, rear, and cargo for my Cadillac Optiq and couldn’t be happier! The quality feels premium, the fit is perfect, and installation was super easy, took about 15 minutes. I even got custom logo embroidery and it looks incredible. Shipping was on point and the team kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend these if you want a high-quality custom fit

Cancelled an order 60 days ago. Last week they used my credit card to reorder the items I did not want. Sent three emails and left two voicemails with no response at all. Do not give this company your credit card information. Oh and by the way they deduct 45% stocking fee for returns.

I placed order for car floor mats, trunk liner, and door sills on Oct. 27, 2025. Nov. 5, Hardeep requested for another trunk photos "for accurate production" and I provided more confirmed photos. The door sills I received after 30 days were pieces of junk and was returned at Hardeep Gill's approval but no credit till now Dec. 14, 2025. The floor mats were supposedly shipped on Nov. 9th, but till date (Dec. 14), they are undelivered and shows held by the Customs upon tracking. The shipping label for the trunk lining was generated on Dec 4, but till date, tracking details show that nothing has been shipped as only the label was generated. I have written several emails, left several voice messages, sent text messages, and have tried to chat with Hardeep and his Manicci group but no response or update. Is this not a scam, Hardeep??

These Manicci diamond mats completely transformed my X5 interior. The to fit perfectly around every edge and snap in securely. The seat covers are just as impressive — tight fit, no wrinkles, and premium stitching. Everyone thinks I had a full custom re-upholstery done. Highly recommend!

They charged me $10 more without notice! The invoice was $59 and they charged me $69…, They never answered my e mails! Horrible customer service!

Installation took less than 10 minutes and everything snapped right into place. The diamond pattern looks classy, and the edges don’t curl like cheaper ones I’ve tried. My kids even commented on how nice the car smells now!

I was a bit skeptical ordering custom mats online, but Manicci nailed it. The fit is tight, the materials feel durable, and they really protect the carpet underneath. You can tell these were made with attention to detail.

Having seen a number of similar products receive bad reviews I was very sceptical about ordering these. I took the plunge half expecting to be disappointed but the mats for my Alfa arrived within a month and frankly they are excellent. They fit very well and look fantastic. Really easy to install and didn’t need any of the extra clips (provided) because the fit was so good. A real thumbs up for Manicci 👍

I came across Manicci while looking for something that wasn’t the same generic car mat everyone else has. Honestly, I’m blown away. The design is sleek, the stitching looks custom, and I’ve already had a few people ask me where I got them. It really makes my car feel more high-end. Worth every penny.

I’ve tried a few different brands over the years, but nothing compares to Manicci. The mats fit perfectly in my Mercedes and instantly elevated the look of the interior. The quality is excellent. Just as advertised. Looks great in my Macan EV. Got compliments on their floor mats at a Porsche gathering two weeks ago. This is my second set I purchased from Manicci. Will be getting another complete set when I get my next car in a couple of years. Thanks Manicci!

Order placed and payment made with no delivery and request for refund ignored.

As an update, since this review was posted, I was informed the next day that package details have been provided to the carrier with shipment yet to commence; 1.5 mths from order placement. Floor mats were delivered in a tightly wounded package resulting in creases, which hopefully will disappear with time.

As an update the the following review i have received an email telling me that a full refund has been issued and it should be back in my account within 10 days. Why it takes this period of time i don't know (refunds can be paid by direct transfer for the past couple of years - after all payments are debited immediately). But given that Manicci finally got back to me with a solution (but no explanation) I have upgraded to 3 stars.

The mats and trunk liner were ordered and paid for on 01/07/2025 with an expected production date 7 days later. I have had no further contact since the payment receipt. over the past 6 days i have tried on multiple occasions to contact customer support via phone, email, chat and text all to no avail. I suppose that's $415 US down the drain............

I put Manicci mats in my Tesla Model Y and I’m honestly obsessed. It takes the minimalist interior to another level. Fit is perfect, install was easy, and the stitching is gorgeous

I drive a Mercedes GLC and these mats completely elevated the interior. They look custom, feel premium, and fit perfectly. I've had so many compliments already. Worth every penny.

These mats are really nice and the quality is good but just know that they will last about 18 months and they have a year warranty.
