Beware of the (unclear) monthly order
Beware!! Very confusing, at the end of the M-book purchase where there’s like a dozen add-on offers that I did not understand how to apt out of...It ended up being a monthly subscription. I could not see this clearly anywhere. I downloaded the app (which is 💩 so I uninstalled it). They refused to give me a refund although I was clearly misled. Dreadful service. I asked for a refund twice and both times, it was denied.

Interesting but be very aware of the contract. Even of you read that the app is Free until you decide to upgrade, the contract states that by default, you Will be billed a subscription that is not refundable. So when you see the bill, you Will check the contract but it’s already late, you”l have to pay. Update: as for the answer bellow, from the company, I had alreadtly emailed them to that exact email and the answer was: not refundable. Be aware of contract conditions, by default the subscription is activated.

This is a scam with hidden subscriptions and add ons that you won't be clearly made aware of. Read the reviews and consider are all these 4 and 5 star reviews truly genuine?????? 100% scam.

Horrible Company!!!
Horrible company!!! Don’t buy!!!! They charged my account all sort of different times and amounts that I didn’t not authorized. And on top of that they did not send me my book. And now I’m trying to refunded which has been impossible on their end to communicate or resolve the issue.

Misleading Automatic Subscription & No Refund
I only wanted to buy a book but was automatically signed up for a monthly subscription without knowingly agreeing to it. I was then charged 22 euro and 85 euro for lifetime subscription and I couldn’t even cancel it myself because I never created an online account. I contacted the company, but they refused to refund the payment. Very disappointing and misleading experience. I am not finishing here this! I will post everywhere online this fraud! This is unacceptable
