This company is a scam. They stole my money, I dont have product and they dont respond to customer service emails or text like they claim online. My order never came then they finally respond AFTER my anniversary date and my expected delivery date and said they will take care of it right away and never did. Kristina from customer service should be fired. They basically stole my money. DO NOT TRUST IT!! I'm also filing with BBB.

This is a great concept albeit being expensive for jerky. I placed an order as a surprise for Valentines Day to be delivered two days prior, leaving room for error. I never received any updates after the label was created and when I called they weren’t able to provide overnight shipping to guarantee my $100 jerky purchase would be delivered by Valentines Day. So what was going to be a fun surprise gift turned into a total waste of time and money! It’s too bad the company can’t get their shipping process in order because this would be a great gift if it would get to the recipient on time!

The concept is great. I ordered a 2.3 ounce heart for my son. I'm well aware of the quantitiy that represents. I paid $40 for this novelty. The product arrived in a heart box as described and I knew it would be a very small amount. I think I'm more dissapointed in the quality of the actual product, which is reminiscent of the freeze dried beef which I feed my dog. Its really hard and not at all the quality I expected for the cost. I doubt this company has repeat customers and that is a shame because the concept is great, yet execution is not.

I purchased this order on 1/7/26. I originally requested the package to be delivered on 1/22/26. It cost me more money to "buy now, ship later" than it would have been if I had just shipped it right when I purchased. I received an email explaining that if I wanted it on a specific date, that I should probably order it to come a few days earlier to make up for any unplanned delivery problems. So I emailed customer service to have the delivery date moved up to 1/19/26, I got a response saying that my delivery had been changed and that I would receive tracking information on the shipment. I didn't get anything until I messaged on 1/19/26 (the day that I was supposed to receive the order), saying that there was an issue with the shipment and it would be sent out that day with a delivery date of 1/21/26. Even if this were the case, my order had no shipping or tracking information attached to it until after I reached out on 1/19. The shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday, but according to the tracking information it wasn't even shipped until yesterday. This was supposed to be a wedding anniversary gift that I needed today. (1/22/26)

Well the high price aside- it was a quick fix father’s bday gift that actually got to him in time because I waited the last moment even the the price for such a service was more than it should have been. Flash forward to coming home to visit my dad months later and he still had a large quantity of the beef jerked in the box. I tried it and can see why: terrible quality beef jerky. Probably the blandist batch I ever had. It was made from blended paste meat but the weird thing is that all the jerky inside the bag is cut scraps from circles that I’m guessing was the left overs from “cookie cutting” flower shapes and such. Weird and unappealing. The bag- once opened can’t be resealed. So you have to find another zip lock bad- although leaving it open won’t change the stale bland taste to begin with. Sorry dad for sending it. It seemed like a good idea online. Major fail. Never again.

Wife got me this for our 4 year (fruit and flowers is the traditional gift)…had a laugh when I saw it, kept laughing when I saw the price, laughed even harder when I finally ate some. While it’s a fun idea, the jerky is bad and the price is worse.

The bouquet was awesome, so were the meat hearts and flower clipping jerky. My husband loved them. The only downside was that I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 6 days.

Husband got a kick out of it

Cons:
Expensive
Jerky was sub par
Threw out beef sticks they were so bad

Would not buy from manly man again. If I was gonna spend 70 dollars on jerky, I’ll get it from the store next time

I have ordered twice from Manly Man Co. and both times the items were better than expected. I bought the custom ammo cans and the bacon bouquet. My husband loved them.
The items arrived very quickly and packaged perfectly.
