Very suitable for the beginner. They offer a variety of authentic sounds.

Great beginning kit for my partner, the headphones are a must, but I was surprised no drumsticks, even so, great price to start something new.

Our daughter has been having drum lessons for 3 terms. Her enjoyment, motivation and commitment encouraged us to buy this for her 8th birthday. Her teacher recommended the Roland TD-02K kit considering her current 'level', as well as our budget and environment constraints (small space, apartment). The Manny's team were awesome - friendly, helpful and encouraging of the parents with zero drum knowledge! Daughter was so surprised when she saw her kit - she's played almost every day since - including "composing" and just jamming away. 1000x better than screen time.

This is an excellent drum set for that price range.

Excellent kit for a beginner. Doesn't need a great deal of room, easy to set up and responds perfectly. Sounds great!
