The speech pathologist recommended it for a speech imediment for my son. When he follows the sound he can speak very clearly

Little awkward at first to use. Once used to it is fantastic

Has really helped my guitar rhythm playing, now I can concentrate on song lyrics instead of trying to hear metronome clicks or light flashes. Took a while to get used to pulse on wrist but now I use it every practice. A very practical and comfortable music aid.

Does what is says but quality could be improved. I had to take the initial purchase back as the buckle was broken.

It takes practice to nail this sucker but very rewarding
