I can’t recommend Dr Jay and his nurse Anna at Manor Park Dental Practice highly enough. As someone who is extremely nervous about dental treatment, I was genuinely anxious going in—but they completely changed my experience.

From the very beginning, both Dr Jay and Anna were incredibly caring, patient, and understanding of my fears. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed me, and always made sure I felt comfortable and in control throughout my course of treatment.

Their calm and considerate approach really helped to ease my anxiety, and I felt supported at every step. It’s rare to find a dental team that is not only highly professional but also so compassionate and attentive to nervous patients.

Thanks to them, what I expected to be a stressful experience turned into something far more manageable. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend them to anyone—especially those who feel anxious about visiting the dentist.

In the the 10 plus years I have been treated by Doctor Hannah and her wonderful team I have always felt safe, heard and treated with kindness and respect. As someone who used to find dental appointments a bit nerve wracking I now look forward to my check up, knowing that any issues will be taken care of without fuss or feeling like I'm being told off! My child has been a patient since they were tiny and enjoys having a check up to show off how well he is taking care of his teeth, as they get lots of praise and reinforcement for good dental practice. Highly recommend!

I went to ManorPark dental practice based on its high 5-star ratings. I was able to get an emergency appointment on the day, and it was pretty easy for me to bring an hygenist appointment forward. In addition, the staff at the reception area was accommodating and friendly.
As I haven't seen a dentist for over two years, I expected a lot of pain from the scraping of tartar accumulated. However, Israt treated me with great care. She used her tools with great precision and remained vigilant to reduce pain during the drilling. Unlike other hygenist that goes on autopilot and operate blindfolded, she was very focused on her procedure. I think some dentists can overdo this procedure, leaving you with red gumlines everywhere. The job was thorough, with some areas slowly and repeatedly cleaned. She took her time to explain how to clean your teeth and not repeat the same obvious point without thought and expression, a quick, short presentation before saying goodbye. I am sure you have all been there.

I would highly recommend Israt for your next hygenist appointment.
