I wish I could give zero stars.
I received a product that was clearly used. The packaging had already been opened, and one of the earplugs was even damaged. Sending a used pair of earplugs something that’s meant to go inside someone else’s ears is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting.
What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I emailed multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but I never received a single response. Being completely ignored after receiving a defective, used product is incredibly frustrating.
And now you’re asking me to leave a review? That’s unbelievable. For a company of this size, the lack of quality control and the terrible customer service are shocking.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

The mask may not be for everyone, but the customer service is first-rate
I ordered a Manta Sound Sleep mask and ear plugs. The battery life and white noise transmission quality were fantastic and the materials were very well made. Unfortunately the eye cups put too much pressure on my sinuses or when shifted restricted airflow through my nose, so I really couldn't sleep with the mask. I reached out to customer service process a return, and it was handled incredibly efficiently. Erica was very kind and understanding of the issue. While the mask didn't work for me, my experience with the company was nothing but positive.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and hassle free return. I got the Manta Sound sleepmask and quickly realized that it wasn't right for me. Customer support resolved the issue for me within 1 hour from me contacting them.

Superb when new, but there's a reason for the short warranty
Really superb product when new. But durability is an issue. It needn't be: the one failure I've had is the inadequate velcro. Fix that and the product would last years! How do I know? I sewed the mask into a fixed size. It's no longer adjustable, but it's lasted years and is still going strong.

Good for those who work nightshift great experience although I often find myself waking up to the mask being off. As a perfectionist I do often find myself raking too much time trying to block the minor rays of light that come in through around my nose rather than enjoying the darkness and sleeping

Expected more from the SILK version
This is my second Manta Sleep Mask. I started with the original version and later upgraded to the SILK mask.
Overall it's good, but not perfect.
My main criticisms:
- I was hoping the silk version would be much better during the summer since silk is supposed to be very breathable. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed much of an improvement. It still gets quite hot to wear, and I noticeably sweat around the areas where the mask sits. I'm not sure why, but it doesn't feel nearly as breathable or lightweight as I expected.
- The hook-and-loop fastener on the back is simply too small. It regularly comes loose during the night, especially if you move around a lot in your sleep. It definitely needs a larger or better fastening area.
- The foam padding inside the eye cups loses its shape over time. For a product at this price point, I expected the padding to hold up much better.

Truth is I love your masks. I however am very annoyed at how many emails you send. Stop badgering people into things by sending an obnoxious amount of emails. I bought a new mask last week and bought several others previously , leave people be.

Excellent Product(s)
Manta Sleep products have been a game changer for my sleep routine. Candidly, I have had problems sleeping throughout my life. My Manta (sound) sleep mask has really made a difference. The mask itself keeps all light out. The eye covers are designed well to fit over your eye without disturbing you. I personally prefer some ambient noise when going to sleep. The speakers in the Manta sound sleep mark are adjustable and designed for side sleepers (me). I have also purchased the aroma dots. They add a nice touch. Customer service is very responsive and order shipped/delivered as promised. Buy with confidence.

Love the heat pads & purple mask. Hate sound playing mask
I love the purple mask I got but the music mask I got for my girlfriend is really uncomfortable. She tried using it twice and hated it so I switched with her for a night and felt the same
I love their purple mask (the pro mask? Idk the name but it cost me $80) and the heating pads have been great for me, I get really dry and irritated eyes, the heat cups make them feel so much better

Delivery was on-time, product came with more then I expected ( a charging cord ). The sleep mask w/built-in headphones is by far their best product, I genuinely havent slept this good in YEARS.

Poor product after washing
This was my third eyemask, the Mantapro. I loved it, until I washed it per the directions. The eye pieces completely deteriorated and are now unusuable and customer support has failed to address anything in over a week sending me in circles. It's shocking that no one at the company is concerned about the customer service when standing behind their product's poor durability.

Although your purchase was outside the applicable coverage period, our Customer Success team provided a one-time courtesy replacement as a goodwill gesture. C- headband at best
Its an ok headband, equivalent to the very base-level bluetooth sleep headphones on the market.
The headband itself feels cheap, with very poor fastening to fit on your head, and the sound quality is medium to poor, requiring almost full volume listening to hear anything at all.
For $100 this is most definitely not worth the money, and thats for the base model. Unless the newer model is supremely improved, there's no reason to spend your hard earned money on an inferior 'luxury' product.
Edit: Support has contacted me and are offering their newer model of headband to test with. If the critiques are no longer valid, I will edit my review accordingly.

love the mask, it’s just is a little uncomfortable around my eyebrows and kinda gives me a headache but if i loosen it anymore it isn’t tight enough, if the eye pads were softer it would help
