Moved house and needed instruction for the extractor hood as we had a fault on it. Requested the manual which I was sent quickly so at least can now try to fix the fault. One thing not clear when I requested the manual was that this site is a subscription site so you don’t just pay for one manual you request but you get charged for min 2 months subscription making it an expensive purchase.

Everybody report this company to Action Fraud, they give you a crime number which you can use to claim back from your bank. If everyone reports the scam the more likely the authorities will do something about these criminals. Scam companies should be closed down.When I first asked for the manual, the bank blocked the payment. I think I was foolish as not to see that as suspicious, they obviously knew it was a scam. They messaged me to confirm I had authorised a 95p payment. Everyone should report to Action Fraud and get a crime number. It is my understanding that when you have a crime number the bank has to pay you back.

Manuals Help did not have the manual I wanted but still charged me and then took an unauthorised sum of 11.95 from my account.

This is just fraud plain and simple. They didn't provide what was requested but happily took my money.

Signed up and got some manuals, i requested 5 and they all came really quicky, nothing bad to say, their team is really fast, helpful and easy to deal with.

One of the models i requested was "impossible to find" apparently after i spoke with the manufacture but these guys did it so hats off to them.

I would definitely use them again if i need anything else in the future, top marks, thanks!

I can't complain, received everything I asked for on time and in various formats. Thank you, would recommend.

Beware! they sign you up for a paid subscription!
The manuals they have for £0.95 are great, but They sign you up to a paid subscription of £11.95/month. Nowhere in their emails or on their website did I find that, but they say it is in their terms and conditions, which admittedly I did not read before ticking. I complained, and they say they'll refund my card, but seeing other reviews, I'm not sure I'll actually get it.

Update: I did get the £11.94 refunded a couple of days after I complained. So at least that is a point in their favour.

Avoid this company at all costs! As happened to previous reviewers, I have been conned by them. They take 95p for a manual, then a few days later enter you into a monthly subscription of £49.95. The info is all hidden somewhere in their T&C. I telephoned them as soon as I noticed and they promised to refund me. They even confirmed by email. But, the refund never arrived. I complained again & again, but their excuse was that there had been an 'error by the bank'. They sent me a 'transaction receipt' which was supposed to prove that they had tried to refund me, but anyone could have produced the form on a PC. It was no proof at all! They had no problem taking my money, but are apparently unable to refund it!
Complete bandits! I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company and sent them a copy of the infamous 'transaction receipt' and all their emails.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! It’s a subscription service that they don’t tell you about - they give absolutely no information apart from it costs 95p to access the manual you requested. I thought great! I then had £49.95 taken from my account. Upon further investigation I realised they had scammed me into a subscription service that the site had in no way advertised. NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. Do not use this site it is misleading. I wish I had read these reviews before I went ahead with the transaction - I thought it’s only 95p so no harm done if it’s rubbish! The positive reviews on here must be paid stooges and I hope get removed - how do some people sleep at night??

I have used ‘findamanual’ and the service was excellent. I had a small issue with the account, but their understanding was outstanding, and the problem was settled.
I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking for any manual.

At first thought it was great you get the manual same day and just 95p.
That was on the 14th April and today 2 weeks later they have taken £14.95 out of the same account
for a subsciption that is automatically taken from your method of payment. I was completely unaware
that i was subscribing because they don't tell you!!

The billing is not very clear subscription payment to a different name very confusing service good.

Started off brilliantly and sent manual via email for 95p. What they don't tell you is they then debit your account with anything from £5 - £60 2- 3 weeks later without permission. Did not give permission to store bank details. Beware - SCAM!!!

As promised you got me the right manual within 24hrs for my old Toshiba television - it has proven really useful.

4 stars as not keen on the idea of a recurring subscription just to find the odd manual - would gladly pay more for a per manual service.

I've already recommended this site! I bought a new phone which came with basic, complicated instructions but the manual I downloaded was helpful, concise and received quickly (who wants to wait to use a new item!). Brilliant!!

Thank you for sending me the manual for my pressure washer. It had the very basic information but nothing with
regards to dismantling and checking the electrics.
Basically, after storing the unit for over 8 months, last weekend I plugged it into the mains. It started for a few seconds
and then stopped. Now it wond start at all. I have checked the plug connections as in the manual, but I need to
dismantle and get into the switch and check the motor, if the brushes have worn out, and I am not sure how to proceed.

Anyway, thanks for the manual, that was excellent service.

Although this manual is for the HD-1688 and mine is indeed HD-1688, it has only half the controls pictured and even then, the controls are in a different place, this case is completely different and mine lacks the cover and wall mounting hole. The instructions are clearly for a U.S., not a U.K. model. Given all this, the warning about not touching the Factory only Reset ( although it should have specified that this re-set is red and it does not), is good advice, hence the three stars. I`m sure that if I was on the other side of `The Pond`, I would be looking at all five stars. No stars to the supplier, who should have included this warning in the package!
