I only gave them one star. The issue I have is my manual custom $.95 and they build that.. a few days later I got a bill on my credit card for over $99. I contacted Citibank to resolve the problem. They are going to back it out but these people are out there screwing everybody over so be very cautious of extra billings. I will contact the Better Business Bureau about the situation.

I purchased the manual for Wolf microwave, and received 2 pages of specifications, and line drawing of installation. There were no pages on instructions of use, etc as often seen in manuals.

Please cancel my subscription. I should bill you for the aggravation.

I was hoping there was a technical manual for installation, not just operational. Manualslink found what was available. It just wasn’t the technical stuff I was seeking. Bu they found what was out there. I’m impressed with Manualslinks follow up, and asking me for additional information.

You charge for something that I bought from the company that was new. I think it's garbage that I have to pay for something that you said you didn't have and now you found it. Garbage.

Manal downloaded in a foreign language that I could not read.

I down loaded a manual for TV for 95p and ended up with my bank being charged for a subscription for £99 ! I’m absolutely fuming as it didn’t ask about subscriptions, it didn’t clearly state anything about them. Scamming people like this is bang out of order !!

Ordered a manual for our printer for $3 which we never received. I have now found we have had $114 taken from my acc without my permission. This is so wrong.
If you want a manual its normally a one off thing so why the heck would you need a monthly subscription. This is a hoax and bad website. Don't be sucked in like we were.

I seem to have been charged NZ$114 for finding a "manual" that was a pdf file of 2 sides. I thought I was agreeing to a charge of $2. Is this a deliberate con?

I wanted the online manual to see what is wrong with the computer It says e5 and it says to check the on line manual snd that is why I sent this .95 cents

I was having a tough time finding the manual for my Eufy Robo floor cleaner but Manualslink found what I needed in a short time. Very happy with their professional work. Will definately use them again and will tell my friends and family about them.

I actually wanted the user manual for my Binoculars, not laser Rangefinder. When filling in the request, maybe I should of typed Venture 10 x 21mm Binoculars instead of just Venture 10 x 21mm

I got this TV from a friend of mine and he didn’t have the manual for it and I was having a little bit of difficulty getting it hooked up so I sent a request to get it from you and I received it within two days and it was wonderful. Easy to follow instructions and I will be able to keep this manual for future reference.

I ordered an inline manual for .95 cents and received it the next day. I made no other purchases or commitments. A week later they charge my credit card for $69.95. My credit card company denied the charge luckily. I see where someone else has had the same experience. Don't buy anything from them!

No instructions to install the model I asked.

I did not receive the complete manual, I only received the GPS section,
Nothing else, no programming , no settings , no camera , Radio ETC.
This manual is incomplete
