Hi. To give you a little context, I'm managing director of a small (but growing) company in the UK with 10 employees.

To cut to the chase - Generally speaking, Designs were average. Not terrible but certainly not great. We're talking about a 5 or 6 out of 10. Not worth the money invested.

I suppose its how Manpixels works, but it's evident their designers spend as little time as possible on your design. The result is seemingly rushed.

We spent time creating clear briefs (Our previous freelancer complimented us for this) and always offered constructive feedback. In my opinion, there was lot's of wasted design time and unnecessary back and forth to make progress. On most occasions, I concluded it would be quicker for someone on my team in the office to re-do, fix, or properly finish designs.
I hate to say this on a public forum, but it seemed designers lacked basic knowledge of the fundamentals of design. Like spacing, alignment etc.

Having said that, the online request system is excellent - very easy to manage.

For those of you are thinking about using Manypixels, I wouldn't recommend them. We lasted three months before we realised our budget would be spent more effectively elsewhere.

I have been using them for over a year for all of my e-commerce brands. Really happy with the quality of the designs and the overall turnaround time.

Nice dashboard and interface, that part was very clear.

The designs however... Usually a few revisions are normal, but in this case it felt like the first design was always made so bad that it could never be end up using.

Brand colors were not used properly, even after explaining what the main color and highlight color should be the same mistakes were made over again.

In my first month I asked for a few banners, including a social media banner of which I delivered a few examples of what it should look like. The design delivered was very sloppy and key points were missing (such as an app icon). Instead of wasting another two days on a revision I decided to fix it myself.

I chose this subscription not because I don't know how to design myself, but to take some work out of hands. In the end I spend almost more time on explaining the revisions and in the end fixing everything myself...

The idea behind this model is nice, but the designs not so much.

I've been using ManyPixels for a long time now and I'm blessed with their service and skills.

Couldn't imagine having a better design service partner on my site.

so far it's been great. I am in the middle of redoing two websites, so it's full on. My needs may drop in a month or so, but I plan to move to the lite package after. really happy with the work and quality of the designers. everything is great!

Hi i feel that the first month of quality was good, the quality is slowly dropping, you can view back the works, its just dumping in the informations, not much designs involved, not that happy about it.

Just awesome. ManyPixels can get you extremely professional designs prepared in just a few days. In a month, you can get the illustrations for your whole website done pretty much. If you know what you want and your briefs are clear, this is much better than any freelancing platforms such as Fiverr or Upwork specifically for design. I think I won't have to browse around for graphic designers anymore! Awesome :)

I'm extremely happy with Many Pixels. They have helped me manage my over-flow at my studio, follow very detailed instructions, and deliver on time.

The first logo we got back wasn’t too good. I thought I’d made a mistake signing up, but I was quickly turned around but a few extra jobs I put into the system and the results that came back. Great work for the price.

The designers are all very good at communicating and very open to ideas and suggestions. Maybe a little too much, actually.

The work flow of requesting new work or changes to existing work is nice and smooth. It’s simple and to the point. Accessing files is relatively easy, but I reckon it’ll be nice to have designers upload directly to a Google Drive or Dropbox location I supply. Not a problem though.

As a web designer without a graphic design background, I'm constantly in need of help creating various graphics for client projects. ManyPixels has enabled me to go above and beyond for clients by having a team of graphic designers at the ready for anything I throw at them.

My requests have ranged from incredibly vague to ultra-detailed and in every case the ManyPixels' team has handled them perfectly.

We've been working with them for a few website designs and the communication and deliverables were pretty good.
I would totally recommend their service.
