I tried calling them earlier in the morning that any chnace I can change my appintment as my daughter is not well and we are in hospital but they refused to change and asked to come .
Again I was calling them to inform I am in emergency with my baby daughter still they did not accept me for 10 mins late ,hence they asking me to pay off rest £35 total 65 and they will give hygiene clen for 10 mins. However they already took someone inside just after 2 pm and they took my £35 deposit.
Very carefully before you go there .it's day light Robery .it's a very poor practice interm of hygiene clen and morality ,imagine this crisis time someone is robing £35 .the total decisions was made by hygienist SARA
