Very fast delivery any questions asked they was honest and reliable. Delivery men offered to put together the furniture unfortunately due to going on holiday day after delivery we wanted to keep it sealed but everything was there and no missing party’s so happy will use again thank you to maple furniture and a huge thank you to the delivery guys great customer service let me in time of delivery

Maple furniture have been brilliant from start to finish, I ordered my Zinc 2 & 3 Seater sofa on a Monday and it was delivered within 4 days, the sofa looks stunning in blue and I've had several compliments from friends and family already. I couldn't recommend Maple furniture enough.

My experience with maple furniture was excellent they delivered at the right time and the delivery men were very friendly and very helpful they put my sofa together for me and positioned it in the place I wanted it I can not fault them at all the service was excellent

I ordered new sofas from maple furniture on 16th May. Still haven’t received them. Have been given three delivery dates with the latest one being today. Used a days annual leave and had our old sofas removed after I spoke with someone this morning and they advised I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to the sofas being delivered. The lady advised that the new date for delivery Would be 16th July, which would mean that we would be left two weeks without sofas. Also advised that the delivery had been cancelled by us, when I asked for the call recording of us cancelling, she advised that conveniently they don’t record calls. Asked to speak with somebody else in a managerial position but this was denied. Beginning to think the company is not legitimate and that the good reviews on here are fake. Finally agreed to deliver on Tuesday but I highly doubt that will happen. Very poor service and regret ordering from here. Don’t mind waiting but receiving multiple delivery dates then being cancelled each time is very poor service, especially for us to find out on the day of us expecting to receive the delivery

Maplefurniture is very good because they update you with your bill and also have a good delivery drivers and asking if when is the suitable day to deliver to yours they have a friendly staff keep it up with your good work.

Amazing company, very straight forward, wasn’t expecting my sofa for 3-4 weeks but received a courtesy call to say it was being delivered the next day, very polite workers, thank you! If I had anything else to purchase I would 100% use you again :)

Amazing beautiful sofas, only one little problem one side getting creased after seating on it.

I made enquiries to Maple furniture on line they message back straight away I ordered two seater grey recliners they arrived in few days they are absolutely geourous. The two guys that delivered went out of there way to help us unwrap the boxs to make sure all was OK. Fantastic service. I would highly recommend this company

My Chesterfield suite arrived well packaged and very good quality, I absolutely love it !
The service from beginning to end is 5 star even down to delivery men ,nothing was too much for them , .
