Merci pour l'accueil à Octopus et surtout à Kevin pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse d'avoir résolu le problème après plusieurs mois auprès d'Enedis.

C'est devenu VRAIMENT N'IMPORTE QUOI google maps ... Nous envoie sur des trajets improbables... Nous demande de prendre des rue EN SENS INTERDIT depuis des années..., demande de tourner dans une rue imaginaire qui n'existe pas (endroit où la rue/route est une ligne droite sans AUCUNE rue qui la coupe)....il y en a tellement que la liste serait Trop longues... Là c'était la fois de Trop !!! Je vais essayer de trouver une autre application plus fiable... Qui ne vous fait Pas tourner en rond pendant des heures parce qu'on ne PEUT PAS utiliser l'itinéraire indiqué 🤦
Ps: et arrêtez de nous dire : prenez la rue "trucmuche" lorsqu'on ne connait pas le Bled et encore moins le nom de ses rues ni où elles se trouvent 😡

Sono il presidente di Diving Line ASD e abbiamo spostato la sede della nostra scuola da via del Fontanile Arenato 66 a viale dell'Umanesimo 38. Google maps non ne vuole sapere di cambiare indirizzo in nessun modo. Le ho tentate tutte. Il servizio e' si gratuito ma Google non e' autorizzato a gestire i miei dati arbitrariamente e ad arrecarmi danno a questo punto volontariamente perche' mi ha tolto la possibilita' di gestire i dati presenti sulla mia scheda e continua a pubblicare dati errati. Voglio pensare che sia solo la follia di qualche suo dipendente ma dovra' risponderne. Follia pura......

I'm sending the real reviews as customer of some businesses and Google maps are not posting it. I did not use bad words or anything offensive. Google algorithms are concluding it is a false review without any proof.

Google maps are not reliable. Number of times it shows that the street is closed but in real is opened.

My reviews not showing up on my all accounts and that's one tried to contact them to solve it without any reply. My reviews doesn't violate any community guide lines abd very respectful but that's how they discriminate against some over some depends on their AI system mode that filters.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren auf Google Maps unterwegs und mittlerweile Google Local im Rang 7. Ich habe über 200 teils sehr umfangreiche Rezensionen veröffentlicht und über 400 Bilder hochgeladen.

Aber was Google in der letzten Zeit abzieht, ist unfassbar. Negative Rezensionen (und zwar sachlicher Natur) werden mit dem Hinweis gelöscht, sie würden nicht den Gemeinschaftsstandard entsprechen. Rezensionen, die mehrere Jahre auf Google veröffentlicht waren.

Es ging zuletzt bspw. um eine Bewertung einer Hebamme, die über 20 "Gefällt mir" hatte. Diese wurde entfernt und ich habe keine Möglichkeit, mich inhaltlich dazu zu äußern oder mich zu erklären. Parallel dazu sind aber auch alle anderen negativen Bewertungen (die alle eine ähnliche Kritik hatten) "über Nacht" verschwunden, sodass die Durchschnittsbewertung von 3,5 auf 4,9 stieg. Ebenfalls bei einem Immobilienverwalter, der von 2,9 Sterne innerhalb weniger Tage auf 4,1 Sterne ging.

Es ist unglaublich, wie Google mit seinen langjährigen Nutzern und Locals umgeht. Das Bewertungssystem auf Maps ist nichts mehr wert, da unbequeme Rezensionen ohne sachliche Basis gelöscht werden können. Google scheint gar kein Interesse an einer Klärung zu haben - wahrscheinlich um seine zahlenden Unternehmen bei Laune zu halten.

Ich wechsle zu besseren Bewertungsportalen und habe die Nase voll.

Sobald man irgendetwas negativ bewertet bei Google Maps, sei es ein Restaurant, ein Online-Dienstleister oder eine Steuerkanzlei (= alles meine eigenen Erfahrungen) und die Gegenseite behauptet, diese Bewertung sei „diffamierend“, so wird sie standardmäßig von Google Maps entfernt, offenbar OHNE inhaltliche Prüfung durch einen Menschen (allenfalls eine KI, die aber dann sehr schlecht funktioniert!). KEINER meiner Beiträge war jemals diffamierend, sondern immer sachlich-kritisch und auch inhaltlich überprüfbar (z.B. durch Email-Schriftwechsel mit der betreffenden Firma). Interessiert Google Maps alles nicht, die Beiträge bleiben auf inaktiv geschaltet. Somit kann man wohl feststellen, dass Google Maps als Bewertungsportal wenig bis gar nichts bringt, weil das Bild einfach verzerrt ist.

Mein Konto hatte bereits ein gutes Level, aber ich konnte zuletzt nicht einmal mehr 5-Sterne-Bewertungen abgeben, da einfach alles sofort auf "nicht gepostet" gestellt wurde und ich nach jeder Bewertung Einspruch einlegen musste.

Alte Bewertungen wurden gelöscht, sicher weil die Besitzer mit Kritik nicht klar kommen und diese gemeldet haben.

Wenn Google nicht möchte, dass man Bewertungen unter 3 Sternen abgibt, wofür gibt es dann diese Möglichkeit?

Vor allem werden Bewertungen von Gaststätten gelöscht, wenn man das Essen schlecht bewertet hat. Sind doch selbst schuld … sollen sie halt vernünftige Qualität liefern.

Für mich sind somit die Google Bewertungen Geschichte und ich werde dort auch meinen Account löschen.

Die Bewertungen sind nicht mehr realistisch, da viele kritischen Erfahrungsberichte gelöscht wurden. Sogar die Berichte von Eltern bei einer Kindertagesstätte.

Das ist ein sehr Anti-Demokratisches Verhalten. Durch die nicht Veröffentlichung von Rezensionen, die freundlich aber ehrlich geschrieben sind, kann ein täuschendes Bild für die Allgemeinheit entstehen.

Google legt anscheinend keinen Wert auf Wahrheit, was wir während der C-Plandemie leider reichlich erfahren durften.

Die Rezensionen auf Google Maps können somit mit null Wahrheitsgehalt gesehen werden.

Zahlt das Google Unternehmen mittlerweile nun Steuern in Deutschland...

(Alternativen zu Google Maps wären z.B. Maps.Me und Komoot.)

J'ai contribué sur Google maps suite à une sortie en Allemagne. L'itinéraire proposé par Google est faux et mène à une impasse, nous étions plusieurs véhicules (Français et Allemands) bloqués à l'entrée de ce chemin fermé par une barrière.
Dans mon avis , j'ai donc averti de l'erreur et bien sûr Google me signifie que mon avis ne peut être publié.

I have reported this months ago regarding false information that a dollar general was not at the location Google maps says. The address is 424 4th Ave NE Jamestown ND and even has a photo of the store . The problem is there is no such store at this location. I do not live close to that location though it is the closest that was listed. Only it DOES NOT EXIST!!!! Even after I sent feedback the results from search still shows this store at this location but in reality it does not exist! So how many people will search for the store and drive all the way there just for no reason? Also the store listing shows that it is open and closes at 10 pm. TOTAL DECEIT! Just like Google to waste your time as with search , when you are specific and the results show everything but what you want and you scroll and scroll and scroll and waste all that time for what? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! AI is pathetic too! I searched for Buffalo mall in Jamestown ND , Results were of Jamestown Missouri. So pathetic! And their saying AI is going to be in the criminal justice system ... You can count on wrongful convictions for sure!!!! Google search and maps ,It is just stupid

Google Maps qui refuse certaines photos sans se poser beaucoup de questions. On met une photo de sculpture de femme qui est dans une galerie d'art et elle est refusée par un puritanisme malsain, surtout pour des représentations tout à fait correctes et sans provocation. Dans le même temps on peut voir le pire grâce à Google. Bravo les Americains.. Nous sommes très nombreux à subir les décisions injustifiées de cette app.
