What a pleasure to deal with Bob and Perri. Both extremely knowledgeable about antique maps and gracious in sharing that knowledge. Not just interested in "making a sale". I ordered a map online and asked if they could hold it until my wife could pick it up when she attended a weekend workshop nearby. Perri didn't hesitate to accommodate me. I ended up accompanying my wife so I was able to pick it up myself and also purchased a couple more maps. I also brought a map that I had and they were able to explain what it was, authenticate it and value it. If you visit the Cape, this shop is a must see. Totally awesome! By the way, they have guest rooms in the same building which is where we stayed. Great time.

You had a map of the town we live in dated 1873. Four of six buildings we own, in town, are on the map. Very interesting to look at and helpful in dating buildings. Pricing, cannot say much (first antique map purchased) but, we did purchase it, so..... Shipping was very quick and map well packaged.

Perri made provided updates on timelines and different types of framing options. I could not of asked for a better experience. The shipping was top notch. Everything was well wrapped and it survived the hustle and bustle of the north east corridor. All maps were framed and matted perfectly. Highly recommend them for your future map and framing needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The boards and large sleeves/transparent envelopes for collecting and protecting old topographic maps are just the right size and fully meet the needs. Obtaining them through Maps of Antiquity was a great help!

this is a really good antique map of Africa and Egypt and it was excellently packed in that strong ,round presspahn paper tube.

My father was in the Boston Symphony, so I knew Lenox Mass. as a child, being the home of Tanglewood. This beautiful, color lithograph of the center of Lenox from over a century ago, still reveals its present day outline. It extends my own childhood memories even deeper into the past, which as a historian, I deeply love. Thank you.
