Marbella Sun & Golf レビュー

We spent almost four wonderful weeks in a beautiful penthouse in Calahonda, booked directly through Marbella Sun&Golf, and couldn't have been happier!

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and incredibly well equipped. Everything you could possibly need was there, from a clothes steamer to champagne glasses. The owners really have thought of everything! The large terrace was fantastic, and the apartment looked even better than in the photos.

What made our stay extra special was Ara. She was absolutely amazing! Always friendly, helpful, quick to respond and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. From arranging an early check-in to handling a small maintenance issue and our departure, everything was taken care of perfectly. Even our security deposit was refunded incredibly quickly.

After almost four weeks, it really felt like our second home.

We highly recommend Marbella Sun&Golf and would definitely book with them again.

Thank you, Ara, for your wonderful hospitality!

Todo muy bien. Casa agradable, nueva y limpia. Hemos estado muy a gusto.
La atención ha sido buenísima en todo momento.

Buen piso. En el centro de puerto banus y con parking. Volveremos

Good company. House matched with the pictures, and service was great.

We just had the best holiday we could have dreamt of! The villa was perfect for us, spacious and clean. My husband loved BBQ area and kids had smashing time in pool. They let us also check out late, that was much appreciated. Very , very happy with the service provided. The only downside - the holidays could have been longer.

Ļoti labs serviss. Vienmēr laipni un saprotoši. Iesaku

Honest people with good service!

Todo fue agradable, y la comunicación constante. Pasamos unas buenas vacaciones.

Fantastic experience with Marbella Sun & Golf!
We had a really great stay and couldn’t have been happier with the service. Everything was easy and straightforward from start to finish, and the team were really friendly, helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything.
The property was exactly as described, in a great location, and made our stay really enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and making sure everything goes smoothly.
We’d definitely book with Marbella Sun & Golf again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marbella. Great company, great service and a really enjoyable experience!

I had a great experience renting an apartment through this company in Marbella. Everything was exactly as advertised, the apartment was spotless, well-maintained, fully equipped, and in a fantastic location.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the team was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we had a question.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and delivers exactly what it promises. I would definitely rent with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental company in Marbella!

For the third year in a row, we have rented the same apartment long-term near Marbella, and Marbella Sun Golf has once again been a fantastic and attentive host, making our stay the best experience. Due to Marbella Sun Golf’s reliability and sense of security, it is a special pleasure to rent from them. We will definitely return and rent long-term with Marbella Sun Golf, as we have complete confidence in their service, which is essential when renting for such long periods. Thanks to Marbella Sun Golf for a wonderful holiday.

Apartment did not correapond to the description at all. Very rude agent who took it out on us that everything was broken and not Well maintained. Will NEVER use again.

Horrible service. Lack of of everything

They are scammers they scammed my friend
4,500 dollars I would not do business with them if you are traveling, do your homework they come off nice but they just want to take your money and not reach back don't recommend these thieves...The company’s original name was “Marbella Sun&Golf,” but they changed it to “Marbella” because of all the negative they changed the name from “Marbella Sun&Golf” to “Marbella” in order to hide their poor service and bad reputation..

It was awful. We didn't get what we booked; there were insects and crumbs of food everywhere under the bed. I'd rather sleep on the street than pay a penny to stay there.

My experience with Marbella Sun & Golf has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I contacted them after my girlfriend had already been in touch, as I am the one responsible for making the final decision, handling the payments, and signing the contract. All I asked for was a clear written overview of the agreements and payment details so I could review everything properly before proceeding.

Instead of providing transparency, I was met with rudeness and arrogance. The agent flat-out refused to repeat the information, even though I had never received it directly. Their exact words were, “I’m not going to repeat it again!” — an incredibly unprofessional response when dealing with potential clients about a significant financial commitment. When I insisted on receiving proper written details (which is a basic and reasonable request), their final reply was just, “Good luck.”

This kind of dismissive and unhelpful attitude does not inspire any trust. If they cannot handle a simple request for clarity and professionalism before payment, I can only imagine how bad the service would be afterward. I strongly advise others to avoid Marbella Sun & Golf and look for more reliable and respectful agencies.
