At this point this company has got to be a scam. I ordered a dress by the end of feb AND STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN IT SHIPPED OUT!! I’ve texted them and they said it would take 5-8 weeks for it to ship out but when I checked their website again it says instead that it ships between 4-5 weeks…and when I called them out on it they left me on read. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

would give 0 stars if i could, shittest, scammiest company ever. Reached out to refund my items as they arrived so late and they ghosted me. Disputed through my bank, they disputed back saying they never received the items, of course they haven't, when i emailed them for a return label and instructions, THEY GHOSTED ME!!!!!! Save your money, it's a shit company

Ok, the company tries to answer the bad opinions now, pretending everything is ok.
So, what is the SLA to create and send made-to-order pieces?
6 months? 1 year? 😊

My gf had been looking at a dress and I was sceptical of getting it for her because I had seen some negative comments, but when I reached out to their customer support to ask how long it would take they were very transparent and helpful in explaining to expect 1-2 days extra delivery time just because of the war.

I put the order in, it arrived before promised, and my girl loved the dress! So had a good experience on my end!

Stay away from this company! I didn't check reviews and now I regret it. I ordered a dress on 17th of Feb. On their website it says that shipping to US is 3-5 days because they claim they have a warehouse here. 10 days past and I contacted them regarding my dress, I didn't hear back for 2 days and then I got an automated email that there is a delay. It's been almost 20days and after sending them literally 5 different emails and trying to get in touch on Instagram, I haven't heard back... absolute SCAM

I have ordered from their store since January 8 and my order has not been shipped to me for more than 30 days without any response and false promises. They are scammers who say that the order will be shipped next week every time and they do not ship it until they reach it by ignoring my messages despite informing them that I complained to consumer protection in Dubai, but they ignored as if the customer does not care about them.

Never received the item and have been chasing a refund since September last year.

It’s a scam company. You just pay, and only standard response after: your dress is under the process. I did not expect such case in Dubai, and didn’t check reviews before ordering. I’m used all companies work here on high level quality.
I have send a transaction dispute to my bank, and after will send a complaint to consumer rights. Such companies can’t operate in UAE

I placed on order in June and after a few weeks received an email confirming it was ready and would ship but I never received it. I had ordered it for an occasion and no longer needed it since it didn’t arrive in time and I had to find an alternative. I asked to cancel the order and be refunded and their customer service acknowledged and accepted my refund request, but it’s been almost 6 months and I haven’t received anything.

My advice is to never order in the first place as this seems to be a recurring problem. But if you have fallen into the trap, try to dispute the charge on your card with the bank as early as you can as it’s your best shot of getting your money back.

Scam scam scam !!! I ordered in march 2025 sent them countless emails and nothing they took money almost $1,000 and never shipped items . Now we are almost in December. 😢

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered more than 3 months ago for my wedding and it never arrived and neither do they give a refund. They sent automatic replies to all my emails. Big ass scam. Don’t let their big instagram following fool you. I just lost all my money.

I ordered a dress from Marbl with a guaranteed delivery time of 3–5 business days. I needed it for my engagement, but it never arrived — not even close. Despite several emails asking for updates, all I received were copy-and-paste replies that completely ignored my actual request to cancel the order.

When I finally insisted on a refund, I got no answer at all, and the tracking link they sent stopped working. Weeks later, I still haven’t received any refund or proper communication.

This is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a brand that claims to value quality and care. I truly regret ordering from this company and would not recommend Marbl to anyone.

I placed my order on Jun 2nd and after four entire months there is still no sight of my package! I have a long chain of emails trying to get a refund and all i am receiving is empty excuses and promises. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER FOR MY WEDDING DRESS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SUED AND EVERY SINGLE SCAMMER SHOULD BE PUNISHED HEAVILY.

This company is a scam - DO NOT BUY!!!

They take your money and do not deliver the product nor give a refund. They have done this to so many customers because they look legitimate on instagram. They limit the comments so you can’t see how many people are complaining

I placed an order with Marbl on May 16th, 2025 and have never received my dress. Despite multiple follow-ups, I got no response from customer service and no refund.
This company takes consumers’ money without delivering the products. From my experience (and many similar cases online), they do not ship orders and do not issue refunds.
⚠️ Avoid ordering from them at all costs.

They took the money, stated there were delays in production and never delivered. Absolute scam. Now reporting them.

I placed an order June 25th. Since they apparently had to make the dress by hand I assumed that it would take some time, but by August I was a little suspicious about why I hadn't received any updates since July 13th when my order was allegedly being prepared for dispatch. August 1st I emailed them and got a prompt response on a production slowdown along with promises of a gift to show appreciation for the delay. Ever since then it's been radio silence.
