Avoid at all costs! No customer service when phoning or emailing to cancel order.
So I am unable to get my £26.99 back.

I ordered a Marcherelle GPS Tracker and was sent a basic Bluetooth device which was in a plain box with the name of a completely different company printed on the side. Absurdly, they insisted that this was my fault and that, when returning something I hadn't ordered, I was liable for the postage costs.

It then transpired that the item had to be returned to an individual in China, with the result that the postage costs would wipe out most of the refund. The company's website gives a contact address in London and doesn't refer to any link with China.

The website trumpets their 30 day guarantee. 'Try it risk free or get your money back' it says. Like everything else associated with this company this isn't what it seems.

Sadly I had placed the order before seeing a review detailing a very similar experience.

Début décembre 2025, J'ai commandé un sac à main rouge pour offrir à Noël d'une valeur de 59,99€. Je n'ai jamais reçu le sac. Il a été déclaré perdu par le transporteur.
Le site Marcherelle a voulu faire sa propre enquête qui a duré plusieurs semaines pour lui aussi me dire que le sac à main était bien déclaré PERDU.
Le 21 février, j ai donc reçu un nouveau sac... Enfin,je rappelle que c était un sac que je devais offrir à Noël !
Et surprise 😲 le sac à main est ROSE FUSHIA !! La couleur ne correspond pas du tout à celle du site ! Je signale donc au site Marcherelle que je souhaite renvoyer le sac qui ne correspond pas à mes attentes car je voulais un sac ROUGE identique au site et que je veux un remboursement.
On me répond que si je veux le renvoyer, je dois payer les frais de port Retour !
Le site est soit disant basé en Angleterre pourtant il faut renvoyer l'article en Chine à nos frais. Bizarre non ?
Donc biensûr, il est impossible de faire un retour car il serait trop cher !
Cet achat s élève quand même à 59,99€
J'ai souhaité raconter mon expérience afin que d autres personnes ne se fassent pas Arnaquer. Ces sites là, ne devraient pas exister.

Les délais de livraison & de réponse du service client sont très très longues...
Ce Site n est pas sérieux du tout !!

Ordered a ‘winter coat’ when it arrived it was very thin and poor quality . Was meant to be a size XL but was more a small/medium . When asking for return details I was advised that the item had to be returned to China ! There is nothing on Marcherelle site to even give a hint that items were coming from China ! The company address is given as London , and apparently the London address does not accept returns ! Had I known this previously I would never have made this purchase . The item cost £80 and to ship it to China costs £40 ! This has to be paid for by the purchaser as they state the item was not defective .. the item was very poor sizing and of poor quality . This has left me badly out of pocket and it’s too expensive to return the item . BUYERS BEWARE of this companies policies .
