One of my items wasn’t delivered with the rest, emailed marchon and within a few hours I got a reply and they sent the item straight away to be delivered . Usually with companies it takes days if not weeks for a reply so I was very surprised . Couldn’t ask for better customer service

Excellent customer service from Joe. Ordered hydration electrolytes sachets and endurance fuel gels for an recent ultra marathon and was concerned when they hadn’t arrived a few days before the event. Issue was sorted quickly with a replacement order which arrived before the event. Products themselves are brilliant - gels are easy to digest and not too thick and electrolytes mix well with water and taste great. Will definetly be ordering again.

I had an issue with my delivery. When I contacted customer services the issue was handled with care and was resolved really quickly. Reinforced my trust in brand and I'll continue to be a happy customer!

From introduction calls about the aim of the gym and what Marchon can do for me. Structured programming, quality coaching and the odd protein shake.

Customer service and the Marchon has a whole is brilliant. Using the supplements and the coaching. Any issues or questions are promptly resolved with guidance from the experienced teams.

Joe is ma guy. He's always responds to my email quickly. Brilliant man Joe and he's very professional.

From top quality supps to A* customer service, when I had an issue with my order I need to contact customer service, Joe couldn't have been more helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Excellent customer service. A product arrived damaged (through no fault of Marchon), and a replacement item was shipped out immediately. The communication was great throughout.

Ive been with Marchon for a few months now, I started off with the 8 week shred and the results were amazing. The training was led by Justin, which i really enjoyed therefore I was always kept motivated. Nutrition led by Liam, and its safe to say Liam knows his stuff!
The weekly calls we had with these guys were extremely informative. I learnt a lot in these 8 weeks and enjoyed every minute of this program. It was worth every penny.
Due to this i have now locked myself in for 12 months with Marchon - currently on the women's program and enjoying this!

Shoutout to Joe in CS to, anytime ive emailed and needed help with someone hes sorted it right away!

I highly recommend Marchon and their supplements for anyone wondering if its worth it!

Pricey yes, but the programmes and app are first class.

I used the program to give me some structure through a rehab phase, The program was clear and delivered what I wanted.

No facility to cancel the subscription either online or with the app. I emailed them to cancel, but they didn't respond and still took the money out. In the end, I had to cancel the subscription with my bank. Avoid!

Signed up for a free trial and was insulted by staff when I wanted to end the subscription, as communication around the free period wasnt clear. I think the app is good but is overpriced, like most of the products, for what they are. Especially the running plan. You can get a good plan for free. This company wants to charge hundreds.

In terms of training, I really enjoyed the app

But after recently getting injured playing rugby I asked for a pause in my subscription until I was back to full fitness, safe to say I feel it was just batted away and now I’m stuck paying for something I can’t actually use, whilst also being willing to continue with my subscription once back to full fitness
