I called Marco Harris on a Friday afternoon & had the pleasure of meeting Freddie at the property an hour later, he had the property up on the market by the Tuesday & let it out for over the discussed value by Wednesday afternoon with tenants in the following week.

Sam was exceptional throughout. From our first chat about the approach to selling our home to completion, it has been first class. Regular updates and communication, delivering on promises, Sam has been brilliant. Very impressed and have already recommended him to a few people already.

Shannon was a pleasure to meet on our viewing, Coren was immense with helping us when things went wrong or were delayed (due to someone elsewhere in the chain, no fault of Marco Harris) as well as Kieran. Their recommendations for surveyors and conveyancer were also spot on.

Our buying process was hectic to say the least, again no fault of the Marco Harris team but due to another agent in the chain, but they moved heaven and earth to get things done whilst keeping us sane as first time buyers with clear, consistent communication throughout every step.

Great communication and a "21st century" experience - using WhatsApp to leave messages, social media to promote the property etc, for lower cost than the more well-known names. I have already recommended Amy Wedge to a couple of friends and happy to do so on here.

Fantastic team! We were on the buying side recently, and even though Shannon, Kieran, and Coren were representing the sellers, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.
