Special thanks to Sam Mansbridge - getting our first home wasn’t that straightforward with new builds and self-employment involved, but he facilitated the entire process making it a pleasant experience. We loved working with Marco Harris, who has much more modern, social first and direct approach to selling properties unlike many high street chain agencies. We also loved how selective they are, making their portfolio top of the top. At the viewing stage, the only properties we truly ended up liking were the ones from MH. If we ever need to sell or buy next property (it will not be soon - this one is perfect!), then we will definitely go with Sam and MH. Highly recommend!

I was completely blown away by the level of service provided by the staff at Marco Harris. After having my offer accepted, the staff immediately set up a WhatsApp group to create a way for them to communicate with me and keep me posted on how things were progressing. Nothing was too much hassle for Shannon, Coren and Kieran and when I had questions I got an immediate reply.

Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences of your life, but the service I received was second to none and I would recommend them without a second thought!

Leah did a great job at finding me a new tenant quickly to avoid too much of a gap between tenants.

Amy @ Marco Harris was fantastic at helping us get our house sold and also advising us on our next move. She clearly knows the local area and house prices and was a great source of information and her thoughts were greatly appreciated by us! She’s got a great bubbly personality that buyers can relate to and ask those questions, that maybe they wouldn’t feel comfortable asking other estate agents. Coren in the back office was great too, along with Amy at communicating with our buyer and her solicitors (not an easy task!). Highly recommend!

Marco Harris were exceptional . Right from the beginning Sam was getting buyers through our door , and sold our 4 storey townhouse in just under 8 weeks. They have a very quirky / up to date approach of how to market your home which really stood out for us ….During the process of the sale , he was always in touch , would chase up queries , and liaised between us and our buyers professionally and promptly . Marco Harris, in particular Sam, are a breath of fresh air to the estate agency world! Sam was friendly, knowledgable, on the ball and always available which made what's traditionally a stressful process much less so. We had complete trust in him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. We had a great experience dealing with Amy at Marco Harris for both the sale of our house and purchase of a new property. From the initial enquiry I sent via Rightmove up until completion, the communication was excellent. We particularly liked the modern methods which worked really well for us alongside work. Amy was so enthusiastic every time we spoke and we felt this was important when she was showing potential buyers around our own house. She really did go above and beyond to get both transactions to the point of completion. It has genuinely changed our perception of the estate agent experience and we would highly recommend. A special mention to Coren who supported with all the sales progression aspects and was also brilliant, very communicative and did exactly what she said she would at all times.

Kieran, Shannon and Coren worked tirelessly to get our house purchase over the line. They sold our property in 1 day, managing to secure 4 offers following an open day. This enabled us to put forward offers on the house we’d set our hearts on. Down to the guys’ hard work and patience we finally got the house! We moved in on Thursday and are over the moon. Our sale was plain sailing but our purchase was the complete opposite however, they communicated with us daily (sometimes late into the evening and over weekends) to keep us fully informed at every step. We were so grateful for the WhatsApp group as buying and selling property can be a very stressful time; being kept in the loop and updated regularly really helped to calm the nerves! They really did go over and above and we’re extremely grateful. Their social media presence, tour videos and fantastic photos were key to us achieving our sale so quickly. These assets really do set them apart from their competitors. We’d highly recommend Marco Harris; in fact, we have sent friends their way already 😁

Chloe is a real asset to Marco Harris. The whole rental went through with ease and she was very prompt with any queries and always contactable.

Being my first time renting non-student accommodation, I was quite anxious about having to deal with a bad letting agency. Thankfully, Marco Harris has been fantastic, in particular Chloe and Kelly.

Chloe was kind enough to offer me a viewing on a bank holiday, which I deeply appreciate due to large journey costs. The letting process was straightforward, and she guided me through any doubts I found along the way. Receipts of payments were quick which I find quite important for peace of mind.

While I found some issues with the property in the first couple of days, Kelly has promptly taken care of everything. The extremely fast communication and action, sometimes long after office hours, is good enough to warrant a 5-star review.

Cannot recommend Marco Harris enough!

Marco Harris have been fab.... Amy has been excellent. A tricky purchase to complete with some challenges along the way, but she's been superb throughout keeping us up to speed and keeping things progressing. Lovely to deal with too... Would definitely recommend.
