From our initial chat, to creative conversations, to script conception, to recording, to final product… Marcus was nothing short of perfect. He leads with curiosity, listens to every detail and curates masterful crafted reels. I feel he has the perfect combination of creativity with business knowledge - able to take my chaos and direct me on the right path. Marcus was so approachable when I was looking into recording a voicereel. After a super helpful phone chat, he put together a bunch of varied scripts that were both relevant to me and built on covering all strands of voice work. He was also great in the session itself, pushing me to get the best outcome whilst being friendly and relatable. Recording a reel can feel a bit daunting but it was a no brainier with Marcus. He made it so smooth and easy.

Imposter syndrome is the biggest blocker for a voice actor. Marcus doesn't acknowledge it. He hears what you bring to the voice industry and brings out the best in your reel. The best in the biz.

I had such a great time recording my voicereel with Marcus. The atmosphere in the studio was super relaxed yet professional. His scripts enabled me to show a wide range of characters/ styles and the stings were perfect and really elevated the standard of the reel. He also gave fantastic notes to improve each take. He's great on communication and production was very quick. Also great value.

Marcus is a font of knowledge and a rare talent for analysing the voice and what is needed from a voiceover performance. He designed and created my voice reel for me and made my life incredibly easy in doing so. I would absolutely recommend his services, be it reel design or voice direction.

Murcursfurlong changed my voice over and journalism career for the better, worth his skills and expertise in voice directing,I was able to impress my producer during the production of my documentary with BBC Africa Eye. My producer was more impressed of how I composed my self during voice over recording session and also how I was able to pronounce some difficult words she never thought I would pronounce well.
