Avoid Marfa at all costs! Our experience with their custom kitchen was a disaster. The designer was incredibly difficult to work with, and the cabinets arrived damaged. We had to wait over a month for replacements, which came with missing pieces that we had to salvage from the damaged ones. Despite being custom, some pieces still needed to be cut. Their customer service is abysmal, often taking days or even a week to respond. I deeply regret choosing Marfa, though thankfully, we hired a competent contractor who managed to fix the issues.

The color online was completely different than the piece I received.

Jodie is great! She is new with Marfa, but it doesn’t show at all. A friend of mine recommended Marfa and I’ve enjoyed the experience and customer service so far. Can’t wait to see my new kitchen come to life!

Oleg has listened to me and my design and transferred that into two quotes, using different door colors, very quickly. The 2D and 3D drawings are very helpful in being able to go over the design

I’ve emailed several times. Got zero reply and purchased samples that have never come. With nearly two weeks and no update on shipping for samples… Disappointed and at a loss.

We ordered a vanity and it arrived being built to the wrong dimensions of the approved shop drawing. We requested the right size and all we got excuse after excuse (we can't find plywood was the best). They stopped responding and we never received the correct product or a refund.

Choosing Marfa is one of the most regrettable decisions I have ever made in home remodeling. From the moment I paid them, the company failed to deliver on any promise/claim including timing, the product itself, and now that the cabinet paint job is peeling and chipping off in less than a year, their warranty. Terrible company, with poor values. Will be contacting my lawyer today

Raquel is an excellent resource. Our virtual meeting was thorough and she did an amazing job of capturing my aesthetic and discussing options. The design was prompt and our round of edits and follow up went well. Highly recommend working with Raquel and Marfa.

The computer program is limited when it comes to showing you exactly how it will look.
I feel like a grasp of the price but it’s always nice to be certain. I received a couple samples and I am a little concerned that the higher end products look like plastic.
