Vi vill undersöka om det finns något avvikande med batchnumret. Så skicka gärna in batchnumret till vårt Customer Care team på contact@marianila.com, så kommer de att hjälpa dig vidare med detta.

Det kan också vara bra att gå igenom vår ingredienslista på hemsidan för att se om du kan vara känslig eller allergisk mot något, och vid behov rådfråga en läkare. Håravfall kan bero på flera faktorer, och ibland spelar andra saker än produkten en större roll, men vi vill självklart hjälpa dig att utreda detta.

Maria Nila Colour Refresh is marketed as a non-permanent colour treatment that gradually washes out, but results can vary depending on hair type, previous treatments (such as henna), and the specific pigments used. The presence of Basic Blue 99 can, in some cases, especially on porous or pre-treated hair, lead to longer lasting tones than intended.

Vi är verkligen ledsna att höra att du inte fick det resultat du önskade. Det är självklart aldrig vår intention att någon ska bli missnöjd med våra produkter.

Utan att veta exakt vilken produkt du har använt är det svårt att säga vad som har orsakat detta. Om det till exempel gäller vår Colour Refresh Cacao Intense, rekommenderas den för hår i nivå 2–6, eftersom ljusare hår kan få en oönskad nyans. Denna information finns tydligt på vår produktsida, men vi förstår att det kan vara frustrerande om resultatet inte blev som förväntat.

Common allergies in hair care products can be fragrances, preservatives and certain plant extracts. If you know of allergies to the listed ingredients or have a history of sensitivity to certain components, it is advisable to avoid products containing these substances. In addition, a patch test before using a new product on a larger area can help identify potential side effects.

All our products have a full ingredients list on our website, which may be helpful to review. If you have any concerns, we recommend that you consult your doctor for guidance on allergens.

Regarding the size change, we have reduced the size of our hairsprays from 400 ml to 300 ml to make them more practical and environmentally friendly. Smaller packaging requires fewer resources during production and transport, which aligns with our sustainability efforts.

We decided to keep the same price despite the size reduction to avoid an annual price increase that would otherwise have been necessary.
