I am extremely disappointed with both


I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my Marie Jo bra and the way my complaint has been handled.

The bra broke within just three months, despite being treated with great care. I have always washed it by hand, exactly because it is an expensive bra and I wanted to take proper care of it.

I have now been told that the damage supposedly shows that the bra must have become stuck in a washing machine. This is simply not possible, as the bra has never been washed in a washing machine.

I find it incredibly frustrating that, instead of taking my experience as a customer seriously, I am essentially being told that what I am saying cannot be true. For a premium brand with bras at this price point, I expected much better quality and, above all, much better customer service.

A bra in this price range should not break within three months when it has been carefully hand-washed. I am very disappointed that Marie Jo seems to dismiss my complaint based on an assumption that is factually incorrect.

I sincerely hope you will reconsider this complaint and provide an appropriate solution.

The delivery service UPS is not to be relied on.

I'm sure the bra will be lovely, as usual. However, I haven't yet received it, though it was due to be delivered last Thursday, when I was in all day. It is now Monday.

Please do not use UPS for delivery, since they are not reliable.

Waarom stelt u voor om een model/kleir aan te vragen als daar geen gehoord aan geeft. Ik bel een Aveto cœur nodig in donkerblaux maat 85B euro
OM bij de slip te passen die ik gehouden heb.

La lingerie Marie Jo est exceptionnelle. Grand choix de modÚles, qualité irréprochable, confort absolu. Il y en a pour tous les goûts et les prix sont justifiés. Je suis fan depuis des années. Et j'y reviens toujours.
Le site est bien fait, les retours éventuels sans problÚmes, ce qui est appréciable car il n'est pas toujours évident d'acheter de la lingerie sans essayer.
