BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are worst company ever dealt with, they do a shabby job and make a absolute mess everywhere.. they will not respond to your calls or emails.. STAY AWAY!!!

My experience with this company has been extremely poor. Work started on my house in August 2024 and started off well. However, the workers then began acting unprofessionally, asking to my fridge to store food, my stove, and my electricity. They left my property in a state, damaged my incinerator bin, and the workmanship was so poor that I had to hire another contractor to rectify their mistakes.

After I posted a review detailing these issues, the company contacted me and requested that I remove the review, promising to resolve the problems. They sent a different team to address some of the errors, but outstanding issues remain. Even after these partial repairs, they left the resulting rubbish in my front garden for four months, which was only removed today.

This entire process has been incredibly stressful and demonstrates a lack of professionalism, respect for my property, and commitment to completing the work to a satisfactory standard.

Horrible experience been waiting over 6 months for a response but every time we call them they say they don't know or they ignore our response.

I would give Marigold Insulation zero stars if I could. This has been the worst experience imaginable. The workers were completely unprofessional, and the job was left incomplete. The scaffolding has been up for over a year, causing nothing but inconvenience, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, nobody has bothered to get in touch to fix the issue. The lack of communication and responsibility is beyond frustrating. It feels like nothing but harassment at this point. Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone!

I had a cavity wall insulation done through them. This was done 27th November. The scalfolding was erected the day before where I was informed by both the scaffolding company and Marigold that the work would be inspected and then the scaffolding taken down. They anticipated this was not the case now as I write this on 14th January 2025 no inspector has been and the scaffolding remains. This despite numerous emails and phones calls (which they never pick up by the way). When I did managed to speak to them they denied that they had said that and tried to say i had misunderstood which was absolutely not the case as I did not want the scaffolding up over Christmas. The consequence of my complaining meant the next day someone from the scaffolding company came to my house and proceeded to take it down. They didn't even knock we just started to hear noise. When we spoke to them they said they had orders to remove it, even though no inspection of the work had taken place. After some back and forth and checking with they're superiors they said I was right and then proceeded to put what they had taken down back up again. I emailed them again where they told it would be up over Christmas with regards to the inspection they said "We will put on the priority after new year first week'. This email was sent on 20th December to date I have not heard anything from them. I would STRONGLY advise not using this company. They are completely unprofessional, they cannot keep their word and change their stories. So I have no faith on them at all and completely regret using them as I have lost complete faith that this work has been carried out well as I suspect their inspectors are not impartial. Use at your peril!!

Just to update, after there reply telling me to email complaints, which I did, and after they make you wait 2 weeks, still nothing! To say their customer service is poor is a major understatement!

This company Absolutely did a fantastic job at my house . The whole team was professionally trained they did a great job . Especially the Company representative Shehryar kept in touch with me until the job was complete . The job when it was finished really amazed me . I would highly recommend this company to others .

A joke of a company useless unprofessional. Do not use this company a bunch of cowboys

Marigold insulation did an excellent job with the external wall insulation at my house. The team was professional, efficient, and completed the work to a high standard especially Company representative Mr Shahryar always responded to me every time . My home feels much warmer, and the finish looks fantastic. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them! Sheikh sajid

Worst company ever, the quality of work very poor the time it took for work very slow and the finishing quality absolutely appalling. DO NOT USE

They are so unprofessional and complete cowboys. Management are totally clueless or they do not care about the jobs at all.
The builders they use are absolute cowboys from overseas who have little to no building experience!!! The builders are from back home and are disgusting sleezy men! So called Azmat Khan and his builders!!
This company wants money from the government and then f**ks off even though there is still work to be done! Communication is ridiculous and all iv ever done is kept chasing when the work is going to be done, when the builders are coming. Sohail Ali is the worst person to deal with. He makes out he's a big man who manages everything but he's an absolute pillock. He's all mouth and no action. He promises you the world and when the builders come they do a sh** job!
Iv had nothing but trouble since they started.
The builders could not even simply paint my attic after plastering (so I had to do this myself!). Then after they put the radiators on it's caused a leak which took them a while to figure out, then they damaged my security cameras which I had to pay to get fixed (no reimbursement given yet), then the builders broke the wardrobe and covered it up in a white sheet and f****d off! After realising the wardrobe they denied breaking this, and now there has been a leak in the bedroom because they didn't do the roof properly and the rain water is coming through!!! We have had thunder storms and heavy rain. Iv complained and nothing is done... I am still waiting. For the past week the leak is getting worse and SOHAIL ALI is ignoring my calls and messages. Another guy Subhaan is also a total waste as he has said the company took everything off him! And now a person called ABDUL - cannot find ladders to get to the roof ... !!!! What an absolute joke! Meanwhile rainwater is still leaking damaged the plaster on the inside, the carpet and walls... I can't even sleep in that room!!!
Iv asked for managements number and they are all ignoring me. No accountability and no ownership from any of them nor the stupid company.

After some mishaps about certain jobs, Sayed Abbass has been reassuring and will be sorting out the unresolved issues.
He has shown respect and integrity.
Hopefully everything should get solved.
I am happy with the outcome.
This was 16th October.

We are now in December and nothing has been resolved. The radiators are hanging off the walls inside and now the pipes outside are off the walls too!! Sayed Abbass promised me so so much and has not delivered anything. No work has been rectified !!!!! Absolutely LIVID !!!!!
I have no words to describe this company nor the people or how they operate. The owner is apparently a family man and Sayed Abbass is apparently a well respected man in Bham. Well all I have to say is that they are all talk with no action. Promising you so much and then doing nothing.

Disgusting. My review is now going to stay up. This is what TrustPilot is for, a HONEST REVIEW!

Great Company, Great Workmanship, Overall I'm a satisfied customer.

The work which was carried out was good after work was done replacing and cleaning the ground was shambles Aqeel was very good in dealing with the situation and got a team to come and fix the problems

Very happy with everything the team did excellent job, especially Zubair. Communication was very good with from the team, always kept us updated. Overall was happy with the work that was carried out.

It's the first time I'm doing a review only because my experience with Marigold has been over whelmingly superb! These guys are spot on. They did an outstanding job at my home. It was so well organised. The start to finish for loft insulation and than boiler change was done immaculately. The workers were friendly and very cautious ensuring everything is clean and tidy. You can see their work ethic and skill in the cleanliness of the job. The Marigold manager I had contact with was very helpful and pleasant. He definately kept his promise guaranteeing the job would be done perfectly and professionally. I had no issues. Definitely will promote you to my contacts. Thank you for doing a great job and wish you well for the future.
