Marilyn was wonderful. This was my first time trying therapy, and I was quite nervous at first. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and heard, which allowed me to open up about my thoughts and challenges. I’m very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Dr. Marilyn Allen highly enough. During our Bio-feedback session, she tapped into details about my health and history that I thought only I knew. There is something so healing about not having to explain yourself; she simply saw what was going on.

​She explained that stress can often become an 'unconscious norm' that we mask every day, and that resonated deeply with me. Dr. Allen’s personalized attention and outgoing personality made a potentially intense session feel comfortable and empowering. I left feeling physically and mentally lighter, with a fresh perspective on my well-being. If you are looking for a practitioner with true insight and expertise, she is the one to see.

After not feeling like myself for quite sometime, Dr Marilyn came up on my socials. Out of curiosity I reached out and I had Biofeedback session with her. I had no expectations but her energy just made me feel calm and safe. The outcome of the session was beyond my expectation. She showed me how much energy I was holding in our body - good and bad. And explained to me how negative energy can impact our life and the choices we make. Literally showing me how the body keeps the score. I left that initial session feeling lighter and positive. The follow up session where goes Dr Marilyn through a very detailed report in so much depth.. none like I've seen before. I learnt so much from just one session with Dr Marilyn and I will for sure be seeing her again.
I highly recommend her to anyone who isn't feeling quite themselves or feels stuck in someway. It will be an an eye opening experience that comes with healing and alignment.

Today I had my follow up Quantum Bio-feedback session with Dr Marilyn Allen. I must say that her expertise is brilliant. I was told things about my body and health that, I thought, only I knew and a lot of things I didn’t know, wow! As the session progressed, Dr Allen explained everything, making sure I understood things. her outgoing demeanour made me feel very comfortable.
Having stress is bad for anybody's health. It can be masked and then becomes the unconscious norm. Not good. With the advice and suggestions, I was given, I have already started to feel fitter, healthier in myself and look at things in a different way. At 68 that’s a bonus.
I would highly recommend Dr Marilyn Allen for her skill, personalisation, attention to detail and professionalism, you wouldn’t regret it.

I was not feeling like myself for some time, a friend recommended Dr Marilyn to me. I was really pleased with the in-depth analysis Dr Marilyn provided. The Dr is also great to talk to, honestly couldn’t get enough. Overall the experience went slightly beyond just healing my body, but also tapped into healing my mind.

Marilyn is the best supportive therapist available. She helped me understand my delinquent of a child and always made me feel welcome, able to talk to her and explain my problems to her.
