Very prompt service. Was delivered the next day but my friend was out. (I thought it would be 2 or 3 days) lol Reorganising another day with the courier was very simple. Will definitely order more... もっず芋る

Order arrived within 2 days, very quick service, thank you. I tried the chocolate immediately and was delighted with the taste, it was heavenly.

I used to live in Bury St Edmunds & regularly used the shop there. I’ve now moved away & was missing the wonderful giant buttons! Thank goodness for mail order! Dark milk giant buttons as good as ever... もっず芋る

Great chocolate. Extremely poor delivery courier

The products are great the chocolates are beautifully made. The hot chocolate just right not overly sweet. What let the whole experience down is the courier you use. Notification received it was out for delivery 3 days in a row. Finally delivered on day 3 no communication received from courier company. A very poor service from them lets you down significantly

Over the years we have used a number of different courier companies and we have found APC to be the most consistently reliable, though obviously there are occasionally issues with their service. We will raise the issue of your delivery with them directly to try and ascertain what exactly went wrong and how it can be avoided in the future.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoy the chocolate and would like to apologise that the courier let us down on this occasion.

Giant buttons - yum!

Delicious Hot Chocolate Sugar Free!

Website clear and easy to order. Delivery was quick. Ordered the Hot Chocolate flakes which are delicious and sugar free so ideal for a Type 1 Diabetic treat 😁

Best hot chocolate I’ve ever consumed, give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Best hot chocolate I’ve ever consumed, and I’ve drunk a lot of them! Give it a try, you won’t regret it. My favourite is the Venezuela Milk 43% hot chocolate melt which I buy on line in 1kg bags.

Always a pleasure to receive the hot chocolate flakes. We've been buying for a couple years now and they truly are the best!
Got some mini Christmas crackers this past year too, absolutely amazing!

Courier made mistake. Marimba sorted it. Excellent customer care.

Courier delivered to the wrong location, but Marimba were completely on top of it. Prompt and polite communication to let me know what was happening and I was united with my chocolate within 24 hours. Great service - thank you.

And, it’s really lovely hot chocolate!
