Hi. There has been no change in my eating habbits or my preception. The first day or two there was an improvement but I feel I am binging alot on sugar. I am a bit disappointed if i am honest. I am still like I used to be regarding eating habbits.

For me, I could not get the floating, drifting feeling. I could not go deeper walking down the 10 steps. I have only had the audio for 13 days, not the full 21 days yet. The content was very beneficial though.

I thought this was a great introductory course that gave a good deep dive into what RTT is and how it works. I have already had my advising call to take the complete course. I am training to be a health coach and when I am done with that in November 2024, I am going to take the complete course. I think it will be a great option to offer my clients.
