ich hatte bei Mark & Houston die Viola Aviator Sonnenbrille dummerweise wegem falschen drücken, 2 Mal bestellt und gleich danach per Email die Bestellung zu korregieren versucht. Leider mahlen die Mühlen des Unternehmens sehr langsam. Es ging per Email mehrmals hin und her. 1. Ich kann jetzt die Brille behalten und 60 % des Kaufpreises erstattet bekommen. 2. Oder ich schicke die Brille auf eigene Kosten nach Canada zurück, würde dann den vollen Kaufpreis erstattet bekommen. Kommisch ist, dass die 2. Brillen unterschiedliche Kaufpreise 35 € und 25 € hatten obwohl diese zur gleichen Zeit bestellt wurden!

2 weeks after order the package haven't been shipped (It's shipping form China). Automated AI-response to all emails. After confronting them on instagram/facebook I was blocked. Comments removed as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with Mark & Huston.

I ordered the Viola Aviator Sunglasses (order #MH25408), and when they arrived, they were already broken. One of the arms was completely detached, and the screw needed to fix it was missing from the package. The glasses are unusable straight out of the box.

This is unacceptable quality control for a new product. It’s frustrating to receive something defective and then have to spend time chasing a resolution.

I contacted their support team, but they have stopped responding to my emails.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. Be cautious when ordering, as the product quality and customer service may not meet expectations.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses. I wore them twice and the stem of the gassed popped off. I put the incredibly small screw back I. Place and then the stem of the other side popped off. Cheaply made. The screws to keep the glasses in place are too small. The only reason I gave a 2 is bc of style. At $35, you get what you pay for. Disappointed.

Of het het bedrijf is of de partij die de verzending doet weet ik niet maar je besteld en je pakket komt niet aan.
Ze zeggen dat ze geweest zijn op een moment dat we thuis waren maar er is niet aangebeld. En vervolgens zeggen ze dat het afgeleverd is. Klopt echt helemaal niets van! Blijf hiervan weg.

If there were zero stars. I'd give zero stars. Garbage products sold by liars living in Canada but having sweat shop-produced products sent directly from China. Won't accept returns of the deceptively advertised trash unless you're willing to pay shipping back to China. Do NOT buy from these horrible people.
