Jason had been a real difference maker for our listing!! We did OK, before we hired him. After... it was very obvious that we were leaving money on the table every month!! He monitors trends and pricing and has just made a huge difference for us!! If you are even just in the fence about hiring him, think about this, he doesn't make money unless YOU DO!! I interviewed a couple of other str managers, and some wanted a couple grand up front with no real guarantee that they would produce better results for you. Jason doesn't do that. He has a great business model that makes you confident you can trust him. Hopefully with the success Jason has helped us achieve, we'll have another property for him to manage soon!!
