customer service was very bad. I was not able to use my own password. was not getting trade notifications. it was hard to learn date entry with there videos. there webinars were hard for me as a beginner. It was a very expensive service for there style of training new beginners

What made this a great experience is the fact that when sending out an email the company addressed me in a individual and personal response after onboarding with the company the email came to me right away and then followed up with a reminder for event dates I responded back to the email as it was addressed personally from the owner of the company me asking is this really you steve? A follow-up email came along sometime after that satisfied my concerns for example they were intentional about responding to my email.

Maria (a support team member) was very effective with helping me regain access to my account (after I provided my information). This was solved very nicely and I'm happy they were there to help me. Market Mastery Group is very professional. Thank you!

I listened to the free webinar on zoom. I was impressed with the stories of how they developed and make money. I was surprised to hear the price was only $1195. It was a lifetime membership. Plus you can add extra people. This sounded like a great deal. What I did not realize was that this is just the initial fee. The real price comes in after the two day workshop. I was extremely disappointed . Why would you sell me a lifetime membership and then charge me several thousand dollars to get the real program. It was a very enticing offer, but you are only buying a two day workshop. This is very deceptive. They should tell you the real price before taking $1195 out of your pocket. This is not the type of people that I want to do business with. If they can’t be upfront about the pricing, they should not be giving you breadcrumbs leading you to the trap. They say you will be able to pay off this initial fee with one or two trades. They cannot promise this! They are leading you to think that you only need $500 to get started. By the time you pay $10,000 for the real purchase, and $480/yr to use their program, you may not have enough money to make trades that will restore the money that you spent. More reputable companies tell you that it is best to start with $20k so that you can see more progress.

I took their class which cost about $1000. Everything I learned is free on YouTube. The class only covers the basics of options but they give you any trades which you would hope they would to build confidence in their abilities. Then if you want more, they want you to join the inner circle for about $9000. They recently posted their transactions and I was shocked as their average return was about 13%. I just closed a call contract on UNH which gained 927% in one week.

All my dealings with Market Mastery customer support have been handled quickly and with professionalism. My most recent was the best. I contacted them to ask them how to cancel my subscription to their virtual paper trading account as I was going live and didn't need it anymore. Within 1 business day they had contacted me via email stating they had taken care of my issue and canceled it for me. EXCEPTIONAL service!!!

If you know little about options, this is NOT the company to learn from. I paid $995 for a 2-day webinar and discovered that the audience had people with varied experiences. Although MMG misleads you into thinking that you will learn from the ground up, this is far from the truth. Steve, the big honcho, is full of arrogance and sarcasm. His attitude is like the guy who said "they are no stupid questions, just stupid people asking questions". He doesn't understand that in options to a novice, how can the buyer be the seller? Anyway, in the 2 all-day sessions, he must have covered all the possible options strategy. Do you think if you are a novice it will make you even a decent options trader after you are done? A smart teacher, which he is clearly isn't, would teach 3 or 4 basic techniques and have the participants go over several trades till they have it down pat. Mixed in to these confusing different types of trades, Steve would think that he was teaching us how to do it on our own, but it was done too quickly, and his charts and account on the screen was too small for laptops and so it would be too overwhelmingly. At the end of each session, his sidekick Jordan would talk to us about continuing with MMG after the 2-day webinar What is eventually promoted was a $5,000 membership. It began to sink in, that the $995 was just to tell the unsuspecting novice that he/she would be so uncomfortable after the 2 days, and that the examples indicate you could get filthy rich in no time, that $5,000 to really learn what you should have in the 2-day webinar was a steal. Yes that's the word "steal". By then, I had no trust in these people. Btw, Jordan spent time to brag about his martial arts national champion kid. Where do people get off with this. No one cares, Jordan. Anyway, I asked for my money back within the 30-day money back guarantee, but I was unaware that I had to prove that I had tried to I had done at least one paper trade using their software. I had little clue how to do it, but since it was a paper trade I figured who cares if I lose $100,000. I tried it on my own brokerage account and submitted it to Maria who controlled whether I would get my money back or not.Maria said I had to do the paper trade using their software. Maria had no phone number so I couldn't talk to her. Only email. So I called Jordan to get help to get my money back. He played dumb, like he is a nobody with MMG and said he has no clout, so I have to deal with Maria. So I entered their software, which was confusing to maneuver through. I sent emails to Maria with screenshots as proof that i was trying but just couldn't figure it out. Sadly, although one has to go through Maria to try to get their money back, it seems as if she has no clue about options, but yet insists that the victim has to go through this maze to prove that they have benefited from the webinar. I guess they eventually realized that the webinar had been of no use to me after $995 and 16 wasted hours spent in front of my laptop and a pitch for a $5,000 membership that I sure as hell wasn't going to buy. Someone had pity and I was refunded my money. In brief, Steve and Jordan "seem" to know their stuff, but you better have a good amount of knowledge and experience before you venture into their lair.

This was awesome. These people complaining even about no tips at a circle meeting WTF?? That's what we were taught in the class and in the weekly classes. Hone your skills don't expect him too. I’m glad some have found value in The MarketMasteryGroup (MMG), but my experience has been less than satisfactory. Initially impressed with the 2-day training (which I attended twice, amounting to near 28 hours), I later invested thousands into their Inner Circle Subscription, expecting regular meetups that would enhance my option trading skills. However, these sessions primarily focused on trade ideas and setups, with little to no explanation of how these trades were found or a review of the criteria used.

When I followed one of their trade entries in a practice account, I was later instructed to “roll the trade over.” As I couldn’t attend live sessions due to work, I posted on Facebook and emailed their support, asking for guidance on how to perform a rollover. To my surprise there wasn’t a recorded basic walk through, (given any related strike prices or dates lent), especially puzzling since debit spreads seemingly dominate their trading strategy. Despite multiple attempts to be pointed to resources and even after reviewing their live session archive content, my question went unanswered. This left me wondering: had I been using actual money, would I have just been left to deal with potential losses without proper instruction or support?

Frustrated, I reached out in an effort to explore a possible refund. Instead of receiving prompt clarity, I was directed to their “VP of Student Progression” who seemed unaware of my concerns, despite having included him on all related emails. During the call, I was dismissed, with the blame placed at my feet, his position was, despite not pointing to any particular content or timestamp, my answers could be found if I reviewed the endless number of archived recordings (then dated and virtually meaningless) on their website. I repeatedly asked where I could find specific information to no avail. After more than 10 days of back-and-forth communication, I was finally told that the Inner Circle subscription wasn’t refundable. During these 10 days, feeling reasonably certain if a refund wasn’t possible, it would have surely been made clear, I chose to commit my time and energy elsewhere. Reader, if you’re seeking a group and platform that is really student and success centric, be sure to check out the Trading Café / Academy. These folks leave MMG in the dust!

Additionally, I had taken the time to provide MMG with a detailed document outlining why Discord would be a better communication and learning platform than Facebook, especially for something as complex as options trading. Their only response was, “This is what we’ve always used,” with no justification for continuing with a platform that undoubtedly underperforms for their students. This group is seemingly full of glitches, now despite me using two browsers, I'm finding both the content that was previously paid and the live session Inner Circle achieved videos marked due to privacy settings "video cannot be played".

While they later offered one-on-one coaching (which seemingly they’re doing for many students) and promised future improvements, the lack of clarity, communication and support has left me extremely dissatisfied. I must say, the overall review of “Average” here is both generous as well as justified. If I could do it again, I would have taken a hard pass on this dated & dusty Market Mastery Group!
