Ordered paint over 3 weeks ago.
still have not received my delivery.
no response or updates on delivery.
Quick enough to take payment but don't deliver.
Avoid at all costs

Ordered a couple of chairs courier said they delivered, but the guys stole my goods now having the hassle trying to get my money back , rubbish customer service stay we’ll clear robbing gits

Ordered an item, then heard nothing from them until i chased them up a week later. Spoke to the customer service team (they are definitely in a different country, as when I asked are they based in the UK, they said they're not allowed to say..!!?? They said they would update me the next day, which of course they didn't, chased up yet again and still heard nothing so have reported to PayPal.

Ordered an item and they've sent the wrong colour. Customer service is obviously in a different country and I can hardly understand them. They wanted photographic evidence of their mistake, I provided it and then nothing. I've had to chase them to escalate it and still waiting. I've raised a dispute with PayPal. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Absolute joke!!!! Why the range continue to let this company be part of theirs is beyond me as it all reflects on them. I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery, not the 3-4 days as stated. Once l contacted the range when l hadn’t yet received the items they said it would take 4 days to get in touch with them, why 4 days to send an email????
Only got the items as opened a case with PayPal resolution centre I’m sure of it. Goods were not of good quality the only reason l have kept them is because it will probably take another 3 weeks plus to get a refund. The range needs to get rid of this company and l for one won’t be ordering through their website again 😡😡😡

Avoid at all cost. I ordered a garden chair. It arrived without any screws or instructions. I have been trying to get The Range to sort out my refund for 3 weeks and I’m getting nowhere. I want this huge box out of my house and my money back. This company was supposed to contact me within 48 hours of The Range raising the issue. NEVER AGAIN

Avoid this company at all costs!
Ordered a cabinet, arrived with the delivery driver smashed so it was never even handed over to me! Said would take it back and ask for a new one to be sent! Weeks on and I’m still chasing for either a new one or my money back! Between this company and the range they are just time wasting and not accepting responsibility at all! Would never use again or recommend! They should be shut down in my opinion after seeing all the awful reviews on them!

I purchased a mirror jewelry cabinet for my wife,first of all this company is owned by RANGE,when i ordered this item i did nor realise that CDS is a company owned by RANGE,i was under the impression i was ordering via RANGE.
It was not until i wanted to return the item due to it being not fit for purpose that i found out that Range were not interested in me returning this item to them.
The said item is very unstable standing as a mirror with a cabinet that opens and is floor standing.
I purchased via PAYPAL and registered my complaint with PAYPAL and here we are coming up over 3 weeks and problen not resolved.
