Highly recommend going to MSD and asking for Rayna! She was super welcoming and helpful while I was looking for an engagement ring. What stood out was that when I walked into the door Rayna introduced herself and then asked me questions about myself and my girlfriend. She really spent the time getting to know my girlfriend and I and never brought up money or budget. She got to know me and I got to know her and this was so nice. She asked me what kind of design I had in mind and always asked me for my opinion and thoughts before sharing hers. She really wanted to create a ring that my girlfriend like and wanted and that I also liked. She even pointed me to do research during our first encounter/meeting to really put in the time to look at the perfect ring that I wanted. She never rushed me and even told me to go look at other jewelers which was so surprising. So I did the research and even went to other jewelers. However I had such a different experience with the other jewelers. They never really asked about me and my girlfriend, and more so on what kind of ring I wanted and my budget.
It really felt homey with MSD. I went back to MSD after researching and knew they were the perfect place to do the engagement ring for me. Through the next 3-4 meetings: I showed them the design I wanted, I picked out the center diamond I liked, they created CAD design and 3D print of the ring (so cool), and then saw the finished product! The ring was stunning and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. It was so easy and nice to work with MSD and Rayna and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you so much for everything Rayna and the MSD team!
