Really good experience. The staff were amazing at the photo shoot, Charlotte really took her time and made me feel comfortable and was really patient with me and the baby. Cherry also was amazing at the viewing and explained everything clearly and helped go through photos. Overall would definitely recommend and I will be coming back when she’s older 💜

I went for a boudoir shoot and had my makeup done by Charlotte and my photographer was Sophie.
Both girls were amazing, friendly and easy to talk to. I felt completely comfortable during the shoot and loved the whole experience.
I had just had a baby so the confidence I felt after was just amazing.

I had my consultation and cinematic viewing with Cherry, she showed me all their amazing packages and helped to design a flexible package that worked for me.

Overall a brilliant experience with a brilliant team.

My daughter & son-in-law had their daughters first birthday cake smash package done with this wonderful company.
As soon as they arrived for the photo shoot they had such a warm welcome.
Charlotte was their photographer & made the experience so lovely.
She was calm, friendly, put everyone at ease & made it lot’s of fun for our granddaughter.
The resulting photos surpassed our expectations !
Our consultant, when we went to look at the images was Cherry.
Cherry explained all of the options available, we took our time as it was so difficult choosing, we didn’t feel rushed at all & Cherry really helped us through the whole process.
As we were returning customers Cherry added in a couple of very generous bonuses which we weren’t expecting so that was lovely.

I booked a boudoir photoshoot because I'm very self-conscious and have never been particularly confident about my body. I wanted to see myself the way my partner sees me, and I can honestly say the whole experience exceeded every expectation.

From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel so welcome. Charlotte, the makeup artist, was absolutely lovely. She was so chatty and friendly, which really helped me relax as I was incredibly nervous.

Charlotte, the photographer, was brilliant. We had such a laugh throughout the shoot, and she made me feel comfortable and confident. She listened to what I wanted while also encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone. Looking back at the photos, I'm so glad I trusted her.

I became quite emotional during the viewing appointment because I genuinely wasn't expecting the photos to be that good. I had only planned on choosing a handful, but I ended up keeping 30 because I loved so many of them.

Cherry, who helped me during the viewing, was fantastic. She made choosing my favourites so much easier without making me feel pressured, and she even offered me a discount when I wanted a more bespoke package than the standard options.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish, and I'm so glad I decided to do it. I can't wait for my partner to see the photos. If you're thinking about booking a boudoir shoot but are feeling nervous or lacking confidence, I'd absolutely recommend taking the leap. You might just surprise yourself.

Had a great Iris shoot, included my partner and daughter and then ordered a framed portrait. Really professional and the quality is excellent.

Wow , I booked the boudoir experience for my wife who was feeling worn out and drained . Very nervously she took the boudoir shoot and Sophie the photographer immediately made her feel at ease . Following make up and hair she relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. The change in her just after that shoot was remarkable. She said she felt confident and at ease and couldn’t believe just how they treated her in her words like a queen . Fast forward to our meeting with Cherry who directed our viewing and wow again the welcome and treatment was first class . As we viewed the shoot the tears on my wife’s face said it all she looked amazing and classy . No pressure at all but as Cherry said this should be on every woman’s bucket list and we agreed . We decide to go full hog and ordered the full Monty package and the quality is amazing . Thank you all especially Sophie and Cherry you were amazing and showed how beautiful my wife is to her which before she had simply forgot . First class

If I could give zero stars I would they hound you saying you’ve won a prize of a photoshoot but you have to pay a deposit to book which you apparently get back but if you need to rearrange your booking you have to pay again because you didn’t know 5 days in advance that illness would mean you needed to change the date, not a prize at all it’s a booking gimmick

We had the best photo shoot with Sophie at the studio. She was absolutely brilliant. Honestly from start to finish we enjoyed every moment. The photos are AMAZING the best photography company I’ve ever come across.

I was gifted a voucher by our wedding dress company for saying yes to my dress which I think is an amazing thing mark Swinford does for brides to be makes that experience all more special, upon the day of our shoot Charlotte and Steph was incredible made me feel really at ease. We chatted whilst I had my hair and makeup done and then Charlotte entertained my children until I was ready - she worked her socks off in that studio my child is hard work and she was constantly on the ball with him.

We came to view our photos and my fiancé got emotional watching the slideshow that’s how much the photos just showed our family in such a natural, beautiful way they was incredible!

Cherrie was lovely, she gave us a lovely experience viewing our photos. when we explained our financial situation she understood completely as the packages are very pricey but I think you pay for what you get the photos are amazing and the experience as a whole is the best we’ve had.

I would 100% recommend this studio I just wish we could have took the whole album home that’s how incredible they was. Thank you

I was to start off by saying that Charlotte our photographer and the make up artist were amazing and really enjoyed the experience. It's what came next that I have a problem with...
Going into the viewing with my daughter the lady put quite a lot of pressure on us to take the £2000 album and all the bells and whistles, I told her that we can only buy 2 pics as we were getting married 6 weeks later, she seemed to really take it personally and was quite off with us for the rest viewing. I do think there should be more visibility of pricing for extras and offer it as extras - not pressure someone into taking out credit for a very over priced album.
We have just received our photos and I could have cried. My little girl has been filtered beyond recognition. The photos were beautiful without such a heavy filter. I would not use the service again, which is a shame because the actual mother daughter photo shoot was lovely.

My partner & I had an Iris shoot, I was really easy, no pressure to purchase, but we wanted one of the creative eyes blended together, as a couple, this will look really cool on our wall. We ordered the high-res digital and will get a canvas made of it soon. thanks, Tom, for being so helpful and making the whole process pain-free!

A very easy experience but we felt quite rushed and I'd have liked more information on the iris photography.
It was sit, flash, goodbye which felt a bit impersonal and could have been better.

MSP have been great from the outset. After having to reschedule numerous times following a few help crisis’, finally met Sophie and had a wonderful shoot for my two boys, a baby and toddler.
We’re a neurodiverse family and Sophie was so calm and understanding and so so helpful.
We recently had the viewing and chose our photos and they’re stunning. Cannot wait to have them on our walls. Can’t thank you all, especially Sophie enough!

We all went for our family portrait before my son leaves for Uni. Loved the results, the shoot was fun, relaxed and exactly what we wanted. Sophie the photographer really helped us with ideas, also as Leeds fans we really love the portrait all wearing our Leeds shirts.

Our family iris session with Mark Swinford Photography was incredible! The experience itself was quick and easy, but the results were beyond what we imagined. Each iris was so unique and full of color, and seeing them displayed together as a family piece brought us to tears. It’s more than just a photo, it’s a piece of art that captures who we are. We now have it hanging in our home, and it’s the first thing guests notice. Truly unforgettable!

The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic stephanie did a fantastic job of hair and makeup and Charlotte was brilliant even though she had me put my knickers on back to front but it worked had so much fun and massive boost to my confidence

Absolutely fantastic experience, highly recommend to anyone thinking of booking a photography session. Sophie was amazing with my little one really captured his little personality & nothing was too much trouble.
Sandy who i met when I was shown my preview of the photos was so friendly and again nothing was too much trouble. Sandy was able to arrange that i could have some preview photos sent to my email on a low resolution so I was able to show family. Photos are absolutely amazing I can not wait to get them. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was nervous going into this boudoir shoot—it was something completely out of my comfort zone—but Charlotte made the entire process feel safe, empowering, and even fun.

Before the shoot, we had a phone call where she walked me through every part of the session. She took the time to understand my comfort level, style preferences, and what I wanted to get out of the experience. She was warm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. That call alone eased a lot of my nerves and made it clear that she genuinely cared about creating a positive and personal experience for her clients.

On the day of the shoot, I was still extremely nervous as this is so far out of my comfort zone. Charlotte's professionalism and calming presence immediately stood out. She created a relaxed, judgment-free environment, guiding me through everything with gentle direction and encouragement. I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable—just supported and seen.

This shoot was about stepping into confidence and self-celebration. Charlotte helped make that possible, and I can’t recommend her enough.

If you’re considering a boudoir shoot and want someone who will truly make you feel comfortable in your own skin, Charlotte is the one to go to.

The girls made you feel relaxed and talked you though everything. The make up lady was great and chatty and the photographer Charlotte who I had was absolutely brilliant she made me feel so at easy and shes funny to and new just what poses to do. Overall it was a fabulous experience so if your thinking if doing something like this then I would very much recommend doing it as you feel fabulous and more confident when you leave.

This was my first experience and the staff made it really enjoyable, they really put you at ease, it was a fantastic experience, the viewing was incredible the photos were awesome can not wait to recieve my pics. Will definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks to the photographer for making my pics look fab.
