Excellent Company

We bought our crittal style windows for our conversion and they look fabulous, had so many compliments!
Recently we decided to change a large window for a door and after discussing with Jordan, he gave us a fabulous suggestion of a tilt and turn window which acts like a door. Its perfect for the space as we wouldnt have been able to open a regular door onto the patio because of the wall reveal on the outside. This was a genius idea and it looks amazing. It makes a huge difference to the lounge and to the patio outside which is easily accessible now. Marlin work with you, create fabulous doors and windows, deliver on time and are priced perfectly. Why go anywhere else!

from start to finish very professional

from start to finish very professional, great products,
supply only 13 windows, and 1 garden room door.
all as expected, fit was perfect, all the team are very good from Karl estimator and Adrian . right through to accounts, and really helpful delivery driver, ( sorry forgot his name) well pleased with finish, replacement of old steel crittal windows , with new heritage windows that look fantastic.

Beware

Beware ! An otherwise excellent £84k supply only contract marred by a stubborn refusal to acknowledge a single design error supposedly excused by legalese.
Summed up by the supply of 5 keys for 21 individual locking doors. Disappointing !

Many thanks for acknowledging our excellent overall performance on this very complex project. It is extremely unfortunate that your contractor failed to check their order acknowledgement as clearly requested in obvious, multiple locations on this very important document before signing off. However, following this avoidable situation and as a gesture of goodwill we subsequently proposed a split cost resolution to which you were agreeable and your email to us regarding this offer quotes ‘To share the further costs would seem the equitable solution’. With this in mind we are puzzled to understand why we have been unfairly downgraded on a public review platform yet this does intelligibly emphasise the importance of thoroughly checking all of the order details and the dangers attached to not doing so.

Regarding doors, all cylinders come with three keys as standard - even if you have multiple keyed alike cylinders, you still only get three keys unless more are requested at the ordering stage. You requested two extra keys making five in total – additional keys are easily available if required.
