So disappointing and I feel scammed. If I could leave less than 0 stars I would. I got sucked into all of the promises that Marmalead could offer to boost sales and SEO for my Etsy shop. I gave it a try and paid for 1 month only to try it out and have found so many miss leadings, errors and scammy things that it says it offers. No it didn't help me with my SEO or my tags and did not boost my shop at all. Instead it gave me a lot of questions and I quickly realized the disconnect that this tool has with Etsy. It can't pull information from Etsy, that info is hidden by Etsy and doesn't share with 3rd party tools like this (discovered this through their AI chat). It gave me misinformation about my shop, told me to edit a listing that was still in draft mode that the AI bot told me it can't even see in draft. ??? It "scores" each of your listings with horrible scores so you think that you need so much help from the tool. It's not pulling information from Etsy so that "scoring" is a scam to keep you paying and on the platform. I'm better off doing it myself or using a free tool. Be careful and don't waste your money.

Despite UK consumer protection laws, they refuse to issue a full refund even though I cancelled in less than 14 days. It feels like a scam. I used the 14-day “risk-free” link on their website and was still charged for an ineffective tool, even though I cancelled within 24 hours. Beware of their subscription traps and lack of transparency.

Nul ! J'ai demandé un abonnement de 1 mois et on me prend mon argent 430$ pour un abonnment à vie. C'est du vol et j'ai jamais demandé d'Abonnment a vie premièrement. Très bizzarre.

For two days trying to get marmalead to work.
Just keeps buffering when you want to boost Seo.
I disconnect and reconnect my etsy site to no avail.
Next thing I disconnect from will be Marmalead.
Ps: they never answer their support emails

I love their tools! I did the free trial and emailed the customer service if it would end on it's own or if I have to cancel it.
They said it'll all go automatically and I won't be billed, so that is nice to hear. Also quick and nice customer service!!

I have been a seller on Etsy for 4 years, this month I bought a Marmalead membership to experience it for a month. 1 week after I connected my shop, suddenly my best-selling products was copied and put on sale on Etsy with all the information and photos. This is the first time something like this has happened to me. I've always had unique designs that sold well, but they were never duplicated in this way.

Extremely disappointed with Marmalead's deceitful renewal practices. They purposefully don't send renewal reminders via email, leaving customers in the dark. Despite UK consumer protection laws, they refuse to provide a 100% refund, even after cancelling within less than 14 days. Beware of their subscription traps and lack of transparency.
