My experience with this clinic has been extremely disappointing. I received three implants, two on the upper jaw and one on the lower jaw and the quality of the work is far below what I expected. The two upper implants were restored with one single fused crown, which makes proper cleaning almost impossible. This is not acceptable for implant treatment and creates long-term hygiene and maintenance problems.

The lower implant crown also has a serious flaw: I cannot pass dental floss at all because something is blocking the space. This is the second time I have had this problem with a crown made by this clinic, which shows poor precision, poor finishing, and a lack of proper quality control.

What makes things even worse is the clinic’s attitude. I contacted them with clear and legitimate concerns, but I received no reply for more than a week. No one took the time to explain anything during the treatment, even though these issues involve expensive and long-term treatments. I was also promised a dental cleaning, which was never done (3 minutes, brushing was done... Instead).

It is very clear to me that this clinic is money-driven, not patient-driven. Once they receive your payment, the level of care and communication drops dramatically. They treat patients more like sources of income than people who need proper medical attention.

I also witnessed another case in my family: my cousin came with me to Istanbul and asked for a simple expertise. Instead of addressing her existing periodontitis, they immediately suggested destroying healthy teeth to create a bridge, an unnecessary and aggressive solution.

Based on all of this, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, questionable treatment decisions, and money-first approach are unacceptable, especially for such serious dental procedures.
I am aware of my complaints, as I immediately consulted an appropriate dentist afterwards, as I had serious doubts, which I expressed in the clinic. I regret choosing this dental clinic, which was recommended to me by a friend.

Not to mention, they asked me for a 5-star review before even finishing the treatment. But not this time. Instead, I will file an official complaint with the health authorities in Istanbul.

Please learn from my experience and stay away from this dental clinic.

P.S. You'd wonder why I accepted it. I was alone in the country, I didn't speak the language, expressing myself only in English which seems for most of them there an issue, as they poorly understand and they asked me to come for the final treatment in the evening before leaving the country. I preffered to stay silent till I ask a proper specialist for advice. I know now, I will never trust again a Turkish dental clinic and an unexperienced friend.... Never trust what they present on Instagram or Facebook.

I helped a family member research the best dental clinic, and after a lot of consideration, we chose this one mainly because of Dr Ahmed’s impressive credentials. That gave us the confidence to move forward, and we’re so glad we did.

A few tips if you're planning to go:
• Have a clear idea of the look you want, including the shape and the shade of white you prefer
• Bring a loved one for support and honest feedback
• Have some pain relief ready and give yourself time to rest after your appointment
• Saltwater rinses (if advised by your dentist) can help with healing

I’m in love with my new look and smile. Honestly I came here very nervous and scared. All the staff here are wonderful and helped me to get over my fear. Every step off the proses of getting my teeth done I was rest assured and the doctor communicate with me all the way. Together we got my perfect smile. I’m absolutely in love with my new permanent teeth. Also when it comes to pain. I can honestly say the whole proses is pain free as you will be giving very good and strong numbing and painkillers. I advise you, the teeth are not good, bad quality, they made a lot of mistakes with me, a healthy tooth was removed without asking me, the implant doctor tortured me without mercy, afterwards a smelly hotel, with pain and stabbing I couldn't sleep. Please be careful

I feel so much better after my dental work. I had to have root canals done as well as crowns. The most hospital team I've ever met. The xrays of before and after are remarkable. I feel so greatful. The price is the best. Good quality and cheaper than all the others I checked. Very satisfied.

I sent my full x-rays to Dr. Ahmet and he got back to me right away, explained everything very thorough and gave me his prices and time frame upfront which was unbelievably great deal! Timing and money wise, you can't compare them with clinics in US, it's apple and orange!!
