While we know cutting through this wrapping takes some effort, this method is essential to protect the pouf from moisture, dirt, and damage during its month-long journey. Our primary goal is to ensure your product arrives completely intact. Since your pouf safely survived the trip undamaged, the packaging successfully did its job.
