Bought a dress. Poor quality of fabric. Does not look the way they have advertised. Sent four emails no response. Not happy with them

Ordered a dress, paid and never got it. That was in October 2025, this is now January 2026. I have mailed several times and nobody responds. Do not order from them, they are a scam.

THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND NOT ALLOWING ME TO RETURN THE PRODUCT!

Appealing customer service. They forgot to send my order for 30 days and refused to refund me or accept they were at fault. Please never order for this website it’s a complete SCAM !
