I do not advise anyone else to use this website. Fraud company.

I have been a Marsbet customer for more than 5 years.

Due to their migration to a new platform, Marsbet requested re-verification.
All documents were uploaded immediately and were reviewed almost instantly — except ONE document, which they intentionally keep “under review”.

As a result, my account has been under verification for MORE THAN A MONTH.
During this time:
- my withdrawal is blocked
- my balance of 66 USD is frozen
- support keeps redirecting me between live chat and email
- email replies contain only answers like “please wait, your account is under review”

No deadlines, no explanations, no resolution.

This looks like deliberate stalling to withhold player funds.
I strongly advise avoiding Marsbet if you value your money.

They continue to steal undeterred, they have no shame whatsoever, everything is rigged, it's impossible to win, slots and rigged servers, no one intervenes to put an end to this shame.at the same slot machine where I put my heart and soul into the previous week, today another deposit of €100, no bonus comes out except once 15 scatter spins with X3 multiplier €13 at a bet of 0.80 cents😱. 28mars have robbed me of my winnings if had won and then my winnings were forfeited due to suspicious behavior . They could not tell what or how I violated their policy when I all I had done was placed my bets higher and lower and somehow that altered my outcome and made it suspicious activity. I was robbed of $10126 i do have screenshots of this but I kept getting the same answer that I violated their policy

Weird site, it's not a scam I ended up getting payout after KYCing.. 6 different documents. you have to verify withdraws via email to receive them which is kind of weird but I guess a security measure.

As for the betting itself, during my time on site they ended up removing one of the sportsbook providers, which was actually unique. So now they just have are just betby it seems with increased vig compared to other sites.

So with the removal of the other sports option, I literally see no reason to play here, especially when KYC took so long. there is like 20 better options.

But they didn't scam so 2 stars i guess.

The casino stole my money from my balance. EUR 200 was stolen by the company from the player's account. I do not advise anyone to deposit money with them, because you will be robbed just like me
I tried to contact them in the chat, but unfortunately they told me twice in the chat that they could not help and that they are not competent in matters of where the players' funds go from their accounts.

I passed a full identity check and asked to make a withdrawal. at first, my withdrawal requests were rejected many times, and then the last time when I issued a withdrawal request, I received an email from the casino that they had made an error and that I should make a new withdrawal request.

When I came to issue a new withdrawal request, I saw that all my funds had disappeared from the account, only 28 euros of my deposit remained.

I deposited the amount. when I was about to withdraw my money they asked me to upload document for KYC ( ID and driving license)..after 5 hours they mailed me that your documents are verified..after then as I tried to sign in there's showing user deactivated. that was my first withdrawl..we can't chat directly so I mailed them and awared this issue..but no response yet..it seem that it's fake and scam. they fooling the users when they try for withdrawl..please be aware guys this is scam site..even I am not able to log in and not withdrawl my amount.
