Purple right to the core
Keeps its colour well when cooked
Sweet flavour
Carrot ‘Deep Purple’ is a striking dark purple colour right to the core, and keeps its colour better than most purple varieties when cooked. The long, tapered roots are tender with a sweet flavour.
